The Klingon Empire is the aggressive corner of the game’s three core factions. Its culture runs on combat, honor and conquest, and the faction rewards commanders who play that way.
This page indexes every Klingon ship, officer, hostile, mission and star system covered on this wiki, and explains how Klingon reputation actually moves.
How to earn Klingon reputation
- Destroying Federation and Romulan hostiles
- Completing Klingon missions
- Faction-specific events
- Faction traders, which give more reputation for their level than other targets
- Daily faction events
- Reputation Exocomps, which boost gains during a farming session
Reputation drops when you attack Klingon ships or fail Klingon missions, and supporting the Federation or Romulans pulls it down as well.
Let it fall below Tolerated and entering Klingon space triggers a powerful hostile that attacks you as a trespasser, which is the practical reason to keep an eye on it.
There are five reputation locks, and once you pass one your Klingon standing can never fall below it again. The faction reputation page has the full 35-tier ladder and every lock threshold.
The Klingon faction store
Reputation unlocks progressively better stock, bought with Klingon Credits:
- Klingon ship blueprints
- Recruit tokens
- Faction resources and materials
- Commendations, which some missions require
Buy Commendations only while the mission that needs them is on your active mission list. They are easy to waste otherwise.
Klingon ships
Klingon ships are built for aggression. They lean on high damage output and strong critical hits rather than defense, which suits an offensive, PvP-first playstyle where you strike first and end fights quickly.

Klingon missions and star systems
The wiki covers 133 Klingon missions and 127 Klingon star systems. Browse them at the Klingon missions and Klingon star systems archives.
For missions grouped by the level the game recommends rather than by faction, the mission guide indexes the walkthroughs across every arc.
Working with more than one faction
You can build all three, but gaining reputation with one usually costs you standing with another. Most commanders specialise until they hit a lock, then switch, because the lock protects everything earned so far.
The other two core factions: Federation, Romulan, and the Orion Syndicate sits outside the three.
For the armada targets that move reputation fastest, see armada locations and solo armadas.
