Borg hostiles are assimilated ships, drones and armada structures that fly under the Collective in Star Trek Fleet Command, from the level 25 Assimilated Ferengi and Borg Tactical Probe up to the level 80 Conqueror Borg. The Conqueror Borg Suppressor and Obliterator share fifteen Assimilated systems, from Assimilated Tellar, Sirius, Sol and Wolf at level 55 (warp 320) to Assimilated Vulcan at level 80 (warp 6000), and both destroy any ship that is not a Borg Sphere. The Conqueror Borg solo armadas sit in a separate set of systems from level 55 to 80. Every table is below.

Borg armada and station targets
These Borg targets are armadas or outposts rather than single-ship kills, so the counter triangle does not apply and you bring an armada or a solo armada fleet. The spheres, cubes and Type 03 targets are covered in depth on the Borg solo armadas and Borg armadas pages.

Conqueror Borg Suppressor locations
The Conqueror Borg Suppressor and the Conqueror Borg Obliterator spawn together in the same Assimilated systems at every level, and both are Explorers that drop Broken Explorer parts. The Obliterator pays exactly twice the parts of the Suppressor at the same level.
| Level | Warp | Systems | Parts | Suppressor drop | Obliterator drop |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 55 | 320 | Assimilated Tellar, Assimilated Sirius, Assimilated Sol, Assimilated Wolf | 5★ Broken | 400 to 490 | 800 to 980 |
| 57 | 400 | Assimilated Denobula, Assimilated Andoria | 5★ Broken | 688 to 842 | 1,376 to 1,684 |
| 59 | 500 | Assimilated Altair, Assimilated Archer | 5★ Broken | 1,238 to 1,514 | 2,476 to 3,028 |
| 61 | 900 | Assimilated Vega | 6★ Broken | 1,763 to 2,156 | 3,526 to 4,312 |

| 78 | 5000 | Assimilated Thama | 7★ Broken | 2,826 to 3,124 | 5,652 to 6,248 |
| 80 | 6000 | Assimilated Vulcan | 7★ Broken | 4,418 to 4,883 | 8,836 to 9,766 |
Both carry a hard rule. The Suppressor’s Quantum Resonance Beam and the Obliterator’s Hyperthermic Resonance Beam immediately destroy any player ship that is not a Borg Sphere, at every level. Both also carry Evolutionary Assimilation, which destroys your ship if Kathryn Janeway, Christopher Pike or Enterprise-E Picard is in the crew; at level 80 that ability also adds 50,000 Apex Barrier, 225% Critical Damage and 25% Critical Chance. Bring a Borg Sphere, leave those three officers at home, or skip the Conqueror Borg until the Sphere is built.
The Conqueror Borg Scout, a Survey-hull ship from level 55 to 80, sits in a different set of systems: the same ones as the Conqueror Borg solo armadas below.
Conqueror Borg solo armada locations
The Conqueror Borg solo armadas pay Conqueror Borg Spatial Particles and come in three tiers.
| Level | Rarity | Warp | Systems | Spatial Particles |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 55 | Common | 320 | Alma, M2-Parcer, Fee’Nan | 50 |
| 58 | Common | 440 | Chari, Natehal, Lor-925 | 100 |
| 60 | Common | 500 | K’Biuk, Ana’Wi | 250 |
| 62 | Uncommon | 1000 | Ki’Ha, Amba-99 | 500 |
| 64 | Uncommon | 1200 | Rua-V | 650 |
| 65 | Uncommon | 1250 | Del Fine | 1,000 |
| 67 | Uncommon | 1400 | Ste-Aid | 2,000 |
| 69 | Uncommon | 1550 | T-For | 4,000 |
| 72 | Rare | 1600 | Nic-B | 8,000 |
| 75 | Rare | 3500 | Aligar | 10,000 |
| 76 | Rare | 4000 | P’Vall-Ile | 16,000 |
| 78 | Rare | 5000 | R-Sha | 32,000 |
| 80 | Rare | 6000 | Molan’Lar | 64,000 |
Every tier carries Adapt, Overcome, which destroys all of your ships unless you attack with one Explorer, one Interceptor and one Battleship and have built the Warp Dive Bar. Their Interdimensional Threat ability raises Isolytic Damage by 50% on the Common tier, 1500% on Uncommon and 3000% on Rare, and the higher tiers add Apex Barrier and Critical Damage on top.
What Borg hostiles drop
Borg hostiles do not move faction reputation the way Klingon or Federation kills do; there is no Borg standing to raise or lower. They pay materials instead. The Borg Tactical Probe and the Assimilated Ferengi Trader drop Inert Nanoprobes, the Assimilated Ferengi Miner drops Raw Latinum and 4★ Survey parts, and the Assimilated Coryn, Frohmun and Prohibitor-class ships drop Chaos Modules. The Assimilated Ship and Borg Unicomplex Patrol drop 4★ Broken parts for all three combat hulls, and the Conqueror Borg ships drop 5★ to 7★ Explorer or Survey parts. The cube armadas drop Active Nanoprobes, the Borg Expansion Cube drops Vinculum Fragments, and the Assimilated Galor-Class line pays Solo Outpost Credits, components and Outpost Retaliation medals.
Which ship should you bring?
Combat runs on a rock-paper-scissors between hull types: Interceptors beat Battleships, Battleships beat Explorers, and Explorers beat Interceptors. The Hull column tells you what each target flies, so bring the class that counters it. The Assimilated Ship, Borg Unicomplex Patrol and Assimilated Galor-Class show up as all three combat hulls, which lets you attack the version your strongest ship already beats.
Several Borg ships punish specific setups. The Assimilated Prohibitor-class hull-breaches you for the whole fight and gains critical chance while you are breached. The Assimilated Frohmun-class sets you Burning for the whole fight and hits harder while you burn. The Assimilated Coryn-class applies Morale to itself and gains Isolytic Damage while it has it. The level 50 to 60 Assimilated Battleship, Explorer and Interceptor each deal extra damage to the hull they counter for the first five rounds. For crew, you want a captain that raises damage against hostiles plus officers that add damage or survivability; the officer tier list keeps current picks.
Worth-farming picks
- For Inert Nanoprobes, farm the Borg Tactical Probe, a Battleship-hull target from level 25 to 58 that drops Nanoprobes at every level.
- For early Broken parts, the Assimilated Ship drops 4★ parts for all three combat hulls from level 26 to 51, and the Borg Unicomplex Patrol does the same from level 34 to 60.
- For Solo Outpost rewards, the Assimilated Galor-Class and its Elite version pay Solo Outpost Credits, components and Retaliation medals across a wide level range.
- At endgame, the Conqueror Borg Obliterator pays twice the Explorer parts of the Suppressor in the same systems, but only to a Borg Sphere, so build one before you go.
For the other factions, the hostile guide links every hub.
