Outlaws Bogen

The Outlaws arc is the Star Trek Fleet Command storyline in which Khan and Harry Mudd form a reluctant alliance to uncover a conspiracy, and fund it by pulling heists on The Exchange. It has 92 Rogue missions, most of them single missions plus four short chains, recommended from level 27 to 40, with warp to complete running from 1 to 53. The arc pays no officer shards; its rewards are resources, speed ups, recruit tokens and Augment Credits.

To pay for their dangerous plan, Khan and Mudd need a crew and something to keep it together. Mudd picks a target as ambitious as it is reckless: the vaults and banks of The Exchange, the Alpha Quadrant’s commercial and entertainment sector. For the getaway he has a new ship, which he names the Stella.

How the Outlaws arc works

Unlike most arcs, this one is mostly single missions that follow one another in story order rather than long chains. Profit Before People, for example, sits between Safety First and Lighting the Match. Almost everything is recommended for level 27 to 30 and finishes at warp 18 to 26, so a ship with warp 26 can clear most of the arc. A few missions finish at warp 1, including Pay Your Debts 1, which stays at your station.

Four chains run through the middle. Undercover traces the money behind the Orion Syndicate and ends with a choice between Corrupted Data and extra ore. A Long Way From Home has you help Ahvix recover the pieces of a crashed ship, with two real choices along the way. Descendancy slips into Federation space with Sesha and Marla to dig up restricted Starfleet files for Khan, and The Imposter chases someone claiming to be Harry Mudd. Pay Your Debts runs as five numbered missions, each on its own page.

Two missions stand well above the rest. Mudd’s Mudd and Out of the Darkness are both level 40 and need warp 47 and 53. Out of the Darkness takes you with the Augments into Klingon space, where the heavier of its two fights is roughly 5.6 million strength.

Outlaws arc rewards worth chasing

Recruit tokens are the standout. Neue Gesichter pays 800 Ultra Recruit Tokens and 500 Premium Recruit Tokens, and Bezahlen Sie Ihre Schulden 4 und Mudd's Mudd pay 800 Ultra Recruit Tokens each. Another 500 Premium Recruit Tokens come from Schneller die Verfolgungsjagd, Erworbenes Ziel and Pay Your Debts 2 and 3. On one branch of Ein langer Weg von zu Hause Teil 4 you get 1,000 Klingon Recruit Tokens.

Augment Credits turn up in several missions, the largest being 125 from Heimkehrender Sohn and 98 from Marionetten an einer Schnur. Faction credits come from Tiere im Käfig (200 Federation and 200 Klingon) and A Lesson in Ethics (230 Klingon and 230 Romulan), and Scouting and Going Out With A Bang each pay 50 Rogue Reputation. Relocation Tokens come from A Long Way From Home Part 5 and Lighting the Match.

The biggest single resource payout is Aus der Dunkelheit, with 23.5M Parsteel, 3.5M Tritanium, 692K Dilithium and three 1 Day Speed Ups.
