Pay Your Debts 3 is the third step of the Pay Your Debts storyline in Star Trek Fleet Command, where you lure a group of debt collectors into Klingon space. It is recommended for level 28, can be picked up at warp 1 and needs warp 19 to finish, with all the system work in Izth. There is a hostile grind and a Klingonisch ship at about 305,000 strength. The rewards are 1,397,000 Parsteel, 500 Premium Recruit Tokens and 11 Latinum.
Pay Your Debts 3 objectives

The mission starts with a trip to Izth, the system the game uses for Klingon space here. The second step is a grind: fifteen kills against hostiles of level 26 or higher. No system is named for that step, so any qualifying hostile counts.
After the grind you go back to Izth, get out of sight, and then fight the Klingon ship. That fight is the hardest part of the mission. Once it is won, recall to your station to close the mission out.

Pay Your Debts 3 has no named pickup system and can be picked up at warp 1. Completing it takes warp 19, which is what you need to reach Izth. The recommended level is 28.
The Klingon ship at roughly 305,000 strength is the real test. If your main combat ship struggles with hostiles in the high 20s, finish the hostile grind first and use it to judge whether you are ready for the named fight.

Pay Your Debts 2 and 3 compared
Both parts share the same recommended level and the same 500 Premium Recruit Token payout, but the rest of the work and rewards differ:

Part 3 asks for less warp than Part 2, but adds the fifteen-hostile grind, and its named fight is slightly stronger. In return it pays more Latinum and a large Parsteel drop instead of Dilithium.
Tips
Use the hostile grind as a warm-up. Level 26+ hostiles are a good check of whether your ship and crew can handle the Klingon ship at around 305,000 strength.
Repair before the named fight. Fifteen kills will leave some damage, and the step before the fight is only to get out of sight in Izth, so there is a natural pause to dock or use speed ups.
Save the Premium Recruit Tokens. With 500 from this part and another 500 from Part 2, the Pay Your Debts chain is a steady source of them.
