Star Trek Fleet Command runs on resources, and every stage of the game adds new ones. This page is the map: every mineable resource, what it does, where it comes from, and a link to the full guide for each, with mining locations, crews, and ships.

The core three
Parsteel, Tritaniumund Dilithium carry the whole game: buildings, ships, and research respectively. All three come from mining, your station generators, and raiding, and they are the only resources another player can take from your station, so keep them spent or protected.
The raw materials
Roherz, Rohgasund Rohkristall come in grades (2★, 3★, 4★, and beyond) and only matter once refined into the common-to-rare materials that ship, station, and research upgrades demand. The highest grades in the game, 5★ through 7★, sit in Territory Capture space; the full Territory mine map lists every system.
Latinum
Latinum is the closest thing to a minable currency: mine Raw or Concentrated Latinum with the Ferengi ships, refine daily, and spend it in the store, exocomps first. It never stops being useful at any level.
The special-space resources
Each major arc adds a region with its own resource and its own rules. Corrupted and Decoded Data come from Augment space and pay for Khan’s crew. Mycelium Spores fuel the USS Discovery’s Black Alert jumps. Isogenite drives Territory Capture progression through mining or combat. Trellium-A and Trellium-D live in the Mirror Universe, where nothing in your cargo is protected. Anomaly Samples cap the Voyager loop with the best ship-part exchanges in the mid-to-late game. Every one of those pages covers where to mine, what to crew, and what the Raffinerie pays.
Resources FAQ
What should I mine first?
Whatever is blocking your next upgrade. Early on that cycles between parsteel for buildings, tritanium for ships, and the raw materials your refinery needs. Park miners overnight only where your cargo is protected.
Which resources can other players steal?
From your station: only parsteel, tritanium, and dilithium, and only the unprotected portion. Everything else can only be taken from a loaded mining ship destroyed in space, which is why every guide here includes a protection crew.
Where are the best mines in the game?
Territory Capture space holds the top grades of ore, gas, and crystal (up to 7★ in the Tier 4 zone), and each special region holds its own exclusive resource. The individual guides list the systems.
