Isogenite is the Territory Capture resource in Star Trek Fleet Command. It was called Isogen until Update 92 renamed and reworked it in June 2026, so older guides and research names still say Isogen; it is the same progression line. Raw Isogenite comes in 1★, 2★, and 3★ grades, and you earn it in the Origin Sector’s Territory Capture zones two ways: mining Isogenite Mines or killing Quantum Hostiles. Both pay the same resource.
Why you need isogenite
Refining raw Isogenite drives the whole Territory Capture progression system. The refinery turns it into Refined Isogenite and Iso-Emulsion, which feed the expanded Territory research tree (roughly 90 new nodes since Update 92) and the Territory Capture store, with Prisms and particles further up the chain. One gate to know: the full new refinery system opens at Ops 51, while Ops 25–50 get a daily claim instead, converting 100 Iso-Emulsion into 25 Refined Isogenite. On top of the base resource, mining can produce Isogenite Geodes, which exchange in the Raffinerie for Luminous Prisms, Continuum Consulate upgrade materials, and speedups, including Sigma speedups. If your alliance competes for territory, isogenite is how you pull your weight; even if it does not, the refinery rewards are worth the trips.
How to get isogenite
- Isogenite Mines. 1★, 2★, and 3★ mines sit throughout Territory Capture systems. Any core survey ship can work them since Update 92.
- Quantum Hostiles. The combat path. 1★–3★ Quantum Hostiles drop the same raw Isogenite, plus PvE chests with exclusive Quantum Scraps for the refinery. Watch the restrictions: the 1★ and 2★ Quantum Adjudicators can only be engaged by FKR faction ships and the U.S.S. Vengeance; anything else is destroyed at the start of combat.
- Isogenite Geodes. Every Isogenite Mine has a 20% chance to spawn as a Geode, a mining-exclusive bonus node whose loot feeds the refinery’s best exchanges.
- Quantum Guardian Surveys. Seltene, larger Quantum Hostile spawns with far more cargo and a guaranteed PvE chest. Kill them on sight.
- Quantum Tesseract Armadas. Alliance armada targets in Territory space that award exclusive refinery loot and count toward takeover scoring.
Where to find isogenite
Territory Capture space lives in the Origin Sector and is organized into zones. The map itself is identical on every server: the same zones hold the same systems and the same mines everywhere. What changes is ownership: which alliance holds each zone, and when each zone opens for takeover. Ownership resets each season; the current one began June 25, 2026. Here is the complete Territory mine map, zone by zone: every isogenite mine, plus the material mines that share the zones.
Verified July 2026. Systems that hold all three grades in one place are the original Isogen mines, which Update 92 deliberately consolidated into single systems; the Geode pairings are the new Update 92 mines. Systems with no mines of any kind (— in both columns) are generally where the Quantum Hostiles spawn. Zone services are not listed because they are rolled fresh from reward pools each season.

Material mines in Territory space
The Other mines column is worth a second look: Territory zones hold the highest-grade material mines in the game. Tier 1 zones carry 3★ and 4★ Erze, Kristallund Gas, Tier 2 runs 5★ and 6★, Tier 3 is 6★ territory, and Qoda Beta holds the only 7★ ore, gas, and crystal mines in the game.
For the full zone map and takeover schedules on your server, the community tool at territory.lol is the standard reference; even Scopely credits it. Also watch for Galactic Anomalies: since Update 92 they drift through Origin Sector systems week to week, applying temporary modifiers that can help or hurt mining, cargo, and combat. An anomaly icon in the System Details panel shows the active effects and how long they last.
Best isogenite mining crews and ships
Since Update 92, any core survey ship can mine Isogenite, so bring your best-cargo survey. The Meridian, originally built as the dedicated isogen miner, still makes sense here if you have it. Three things matter more than raw speed:
- The Continuum Consulate. The new Update 92 building is the real mining lever: its bonuses raise raw Isogenite mining rates by up to 3,000% and Geode mining by up to 20,000%. No crew comes close.
- Protection and escorts. Territory Capture space is contested PvP space. A loaded miner is a target, so crew T'Pring und Einer von elf for protected cargo, or keep a combat ship parked next to your miner. Ambassador Spock is the purpose-built option here: his below decks ability adds a large Apex Barrier when you are attacked while sitting on a mining or capture node.
- Research. Die Isogen-Scanner und 1★, 2★und 3★ Isogen Extraction research lines (still under the old name) boost your rates.
- The combat path. If you farm Quantum Hostiles instead of mining, Female Spock as captain increases the raw Isogenite dropped by Origin Sector hostiles and armadas.
For current crew alternatives, see the officer tier list.
Isogenite FAQ
Is Isogenite the same as Isogen?
Yes. Update 92 renamed the resource as part of the Territory Refresh in June 2026. Research and older guides still use the Isogen name, but it is one progression line.
Do I have to mine, or can I fight instead?
Either works. Mines and Quantum Hostiles award the same raw Isogenite. The exclusives differ: Geodes only come from mining, Quantum Scraps only from combat, so alliances benefit from players doing both.
Can a small or casual alliance get isogenite?
Yes, through Territory Training systems, which carry 1★ mines. You will not see Geodes or higher grades there, and the full refinery system does not open until Ops 51, but the daily Iso-Emulsion claim keeps the progression loop turning below that.
Why did my ship instantly die to a Quantum Hostile?
The 1★ and 2★ Quantum Adjudicators destroy any ship that is not an FKR faction ship or the U.S.S. Vengeance at the start of combat. Check the hostile before you commit a ship.
