Cardassian officers in Star Trek Fleet Command come straight out of the Deep Space Nine era, back when the Cardassian Union ran the station Terok Nor. It’s a small, villain-heavy roster led by Gul Dukat, his loyal aide Damar, and the “plain, simple tailor” Garak, along with the higher-tier VIL Gul Dukat.
