Mirror research is an endgame branch, unlocked at Operations 40, tied to the Mirror Universe arc and heavily focused on player-versus-player defense. This page lists every mirror research with what it does, the Betrieb level it unlocks at, the number of levels, the cost to max, the research time, and prerequisites.
What Mirror research does
The most important lines are the versus-players defenses: Apex Barrier against players, plus the critical-hit chance and critical-damage reduction that blunt an enemy alpha strike. These are core endgame PvP survival research and should come first if you fight other players. A second group targets Mirror Universe hostiles, raising your Apex Barrier against them and the Raw Trellium they drop, which matters if you grind the Mirror arc. Cost-efficiency and damage lines fill out the tree, and a few premium nodes buff specific ships like the NSEA Protector or add the Omega-13 survival effect. The rarity labels of Gemeinsame, Uncommon, and up are the same buff at higher strength. Push the versus-players defense lines first, then the Mirror-hostile loot research if you farm the arc.
Every Mirror research
All 99 research projects, sorted by unlock level (most projects gate on your R&D Department; some use Operations or another building). Cost to max is the full resource total across every level. Research time is the base time before your research-speed bonuses, which cut it heavily in play, so treat it as a relative gauge between projects rather than a real-world clock.
