Borg-Bogen

The Borg Arc is the Borg storyline in Star Trek Fleet Command, a run of 95 missions that follows a Borg invasion from Klingon and Romulan space all the way back to your own station. Most of the missions carry no level recommendation, 16 are recommended for level 25, and warp to complete runs from 1 to 45, with most missions finishing at warp 17 to 22. The headline rewards are 13 One of Eleven shards across four missions, Spock shards, big stacks of 3★ ship parts and Parsteel, and several missions that pay 500 to 800 Ultra Recruit Tokens.

How the Borg Arc works

The arc is mostly single missions, with two multi-part chains. The House of Borg is the longest at seven parts: a Klingon house, House Mo’kesh, loses its ships and its homeworld to assimilation, and the chain ends with you destroying the house seat from orbit. Around it run the other threads of the story, including Dalen’s storyline, the fight to keep the Borg from finding the Vi’dar, and a Borg assault on your own station in Geroutet, where every fight happens at home and warp 1 is enough.

A level of 1 in the table means the game gives no level recommendation, and for this arc that is misleading. Warp is the real gate: most missions need warp 17 to 22, and the fights inside them are Borg ships and assimilated vessels that reach a few hundred thousand strength. At All Costs is the outlier, needing warp 45 to complete.

The 16 level 25 missions form their own stretch built around Cybernetic Fragments. Deal mit einem Teufel pays 50 of them, and Kybernetik asks you to hand 50 to Dalen, so run those two back to back. Faustischer Pakt pays another 100 in a deal with the Orion Syndicate.

Several missions end in a choice. Their row in the table lists what either path can pay, so one run will not collect every reward shown.

Borg Arc rewards worth chasing

One of Eleven shards are the main officer payout. Und ihr werdet uns erkennen... Teil 1 pays 8 of them with no fight, Das Schicksal der Gebrochenen und Was wir werden pay 2 each, and Irren ist menschlich pays 1 after a Borg fight. Kräusel im Teich pays 2 Spock shards on one of its two paths.

For ship parts, Vererbung lists 390 3★ Battleship Parts, 190 3★ Interceptor Parts and 3.1 million Parsteel. Vorläufer lists 360 each of 3★ Interceptor and Explorer Parts, and Abgeschleppt pays 370 3★ Explorer Parts. Testgelände lists 280 each of 3★ Battleship and Interceptor Parts alongside 800 Ultra Recruit Tokens.

Recruit tokens come from Abhören (800 Ultra Recruit Tokens) and Und der Himmel wird sich verdunkeln (500 Ultra Recruit Tokens plus six 8 Hour Speed Ups). Ausschluss des Gewährleistungsrechts is the best single Parsteel mission at 3.4 million, with 497,000 Tritanium on top. The Seeds of Life is the only mission here that pays 3★ Rare Refined Crystal, Gas and Ore, and Geteilt stehen wir pays 500 Latinum.
