Borg Polygon 1.1 is the middle tier of the Borg Polygon group armada in Star Trek Fleet Command, a Q-Continuum target at levels 44 to 60 that you attack with your alliance and must destroy within 20 rounds. Its nodes run from Neco (level 44, warp 150) to Corialsis (level 60, warp 700), and each clear pays 3,000 to 45,000 Borg Polygon Group Armada Credits. Like the Borg Type 03 line, the evolved Polygon tiers are built around an evolved SS Revenant, so plan your armada around one.
Borg Polygon group armada crew
Two rules shape every Borg Polygon crew. First, Q Junior’s Twist sets a hard limit: destroy the Borg Polygon within 20 rounds or the attempt fails. Second, Defense Protocol α fires a Cutting Beam on the second weapon of every round, dealing lethal damage to enemy ships, and Defense Protocol β raises the armada’s Apex Barrier by 30,000 at combat start. Put together, the armada punishes slow fights and blunts your damage from the first round.
That makes this a damage race. For the captain, pick an officer whose ability raises damage in armada combat. Fill the bridge with officers that add raw damage, and look for Apex Shred on officers or research to cut through the 30,000 Apex Barrier. Mitigation matters less here than against a solo armada with no round limit, because a crew that survives all 20 rounds without killing the target still fails. Coordinate with your armada so every member lands hits in the same window instead of trickling in.
Named picks change as new officers arrive, so check the current Officer Tier List for the strongest armada captains at your roster level, and fill gaps from your own officer roster.
How to beat the Borg Polygon 1.1
This is a group armada, not a roaming hull hostile, so there is no Interceptor, Battleship or Explorer counter to swap between. It appears only as a stationary armada target: you form an armada with your alliance and pool damage against one very large health bar. Hull points run into the trillions even at level 44, so a single ordinary ship will not get close inside 20 rounds.
Build the group around an evolved SS Revenant and the highest-damage ships your alliance can field. Start at the lowest node your group can clear inside the round limit, then step up as you get comfortable. If a clear takes close to 20 rounds, stay at that level; a failed attempt pays nothing.
Borg Polygon tiers compared
The Borg Polygon group armada comes in three tiers that overlap in level. Borg Polygon 1.1 covers the middle band, and the payout jumps sharply at each tier.
| Tier | Levels | Warp | Credits per clear |
|---|---|---|---|
| Borg Polygon 1.0 | 42–50 | 105–195 | 800–2,000 |
| Borg Polygon 1.1 | 44–60 | 150–700 | 3,000–45,000 |
| Borg Polygon 1.2 | 54–70 | 295–1,585 | 68,000–600,000 |
Where to find the Borg Polygon 1.1
The Borg Polygon 1.1 sits at one Q-Continuum system per level, rising in steps of two from Neco at level 44 to Corialsis at level 60. Warp climbs from 150 to 700, with the steepest jump between level 58 (Faolain, warp 480) and level 60 (Corialsis, warp 700). The credits column shows what each node pays per clear.
| Level | Warp | Systems | Credits per clear |
|---|---|---|---|
| 44 | 150 | Neco | 3,000 |
| 46 | 170 | Horalius | 12,000 |
| 48 | 190 | Opanth | 14,000 |
| 50 | 195 | Kenakel | 17,000 |
| 52 | 240 | Mehruunahd | 20,000 |
| 54 | 295 | Pherson | 24,000 |
| 56 | 430 | Brookfield | 30,000 |
| 58 | 480 | Faolain | 35,000 |
| 60 | 700 | Corialsis | 45,000 |
Rewards and what it drops
Each clear pays Borg Polygon Group Armada Credits, from 3,000 at level 44 to 45,000 at level 60. Ship XP also climbs sharply, from 2,001 at level 44 to 16,000 at level 60, so the higher nodes help level the ships in your armada too.
| Drop | What it is |

Borg Polygon 1.1 stats
Stats climb steeply with level, so the armada that clears a level 44 node will struggle badly at level 60. These rows show the low, mid and high ends of the range.
| Level | Total strength | Hull HP | Shield HP | Attack | Defense | Ship XP |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 44 | 34,069,261,309,561 | 54,510,631,918,745 | 13,627,657,979,686 | 113,281,011 | 3,079,335 | 2,001 |
| 52 | 152,988,119,998,495 | 244,780,423,318,338 | 61,195,105,829,584 | 342,994,739 | 12,429,795 | 3,795 |
| 60 | 1,114,034,979,769,421 | 1,782,453,532,850,520 | 445,613,383,212,631 | 1,367,247,325 | 154,490,520 | 16,000 |
Borg Polygon 1.1 firing pattern
The Borg Polygon fires three Energy weapons and one Kinetic weapon every round. The Energy group does the bulk of the damage, and with every gun firing each round there is no quiet round to bank repairs. The figures below are from the level 44 node and scale up with level.
| Weapon type | Count | Damage per shot | Fires | Crit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Energy | 3 | 6,426,009–16,297,848 | Every round | 10% (1.5x) |
| Kinetic | 1 | 2,000,000 | Every round | 10% (1.5x) |
The Q Continuum in Star Trek
The Q Continuum is the home of the Q, near-omnipotent beings who treat the galaxy as a playground. Q introduced Picard’s crew to the Borg by flinging the Enterprise-D across the galaxy in the episode Q Who, mostly to prove humanity was not ready for what lay out there. On Voyager, Q’s son, Q Junior, spent time aboard as a reckless young immortal learning responsibility. This armada line plays on both: Q Junior provokes the Borg, and his father steps in with a warning not to provoke them, before setting you a 20-round deadline.
Is the Borg Polygon 1.1 worth grinding?
If your alliance can field an evolved SS Revenant and enough damage to finish inside 20 rounds, yes. Borg Polygon 1.1 pays up to 45,000 credits per clear at level 60, far above the 1.0 tier, and bridges the gap to the much richer 1.2 tier. Pick the node your group can clear with rounds to spare and match warp to that system. For every Borg armada line in one place, see the Borg armadas guide and the Borg hostiles hub.
