Suliban Transport

The best setup for the Suliban Transport in Star Trek Fleet Command is an Interceptor with a crew built for fast damage against hostiles: the Transport only spawns as a Battleship, and it opens every fight with a 500% Isolytic Damage boost, so long fights favor it. It is a Transogen-faction hostile at levels 32 to 68, spread across 22 systems from Hoskk, Seyodea and Terasai (warp 26) to Krayn (warp 1,500), and every kill drops Transogen Canisters whose grade rises with level.

Best ship and crew for Suliban hostiles

The Transport only appears as a Battleship. Interceptors beat Battleships in the combat triangle, and because this hostile never swaps to another hull, you can run the same Interceptor at every level without rethinking the matchup.

For the crew, put a captain that boosts weapon damage against hostiles in the center seat, then fill the bridge with officers that add damage or mitigation. On the low-level spawns, the evergreen cadet crew (Cadet Kirk as captain with Cadet Spock and Cadet Uhura) is a reasonable starter. Past that, build from your current roster; the Officer Tier List has the current top picks, and the best crews shift with the meta.

Two always-on abilities shape how you should crew. Transogen Charged raises its Apex Barrier by 500 at the start of combat, and Red Mist! increases its Isolytic Damage by 500% at the start of combat. The Transport comes out stronger on both defense and damage than a plain Battleship of its level, so pick officers that kill it quickly and add mitigation, rather than a crew that tries to outlast it.

Because the hull never changes, the deciding factor at higher levels is your ship tier, not clever crew swaps. Pick the level your Interceptor clears cleanly and repairs cheaply rather than the highest one you can reach.

Which ship to bring for each Suliban hostile

Suliban ships appear as two groups: Transogen-faction targets that drop Transogen resources, and neutral Suliban ships at lower levels. Every Transogen Suliban is a Battleship, so one Interceptor handles all three.

Suliban hostile Faction Levels Hull Bring Main drop
Suliban Transport Transogen 32–68 Battleship Interceptor Transogen Canister
Suliban Stealth Cruiser Transogen 30–70 Battleship Interceptor Transogen Manipulator
Suliban Runner Transogen 46–70 Battleship Interceptor Transogen Containment
Suliban Nomad Neutral 14–22 Interceptor Explorer Parsteel
Suliban Bounty Hunter Neutral 18–38 Explorer Battleship Tritanium
Suliban Cabal Neutral 19–27 Interceptor Explorer Parsteel
Suliban Assailant Neutral 35–45 Interceptor Explorer Parsteel, Tritanium, 4★ Broken Interceptor Parts
Suliban Patrol Neutral 37–39 Interceptor Explorer Parsteel

Where to find the Suliban Transport

The Transport clusters by level, with the easier spawns at low warp and the higher levels pushed out to deep space. The level 32 targets need only warp 26, while the level 68 version sits at warp 1,500. The levels step up in gaps rather than every number, running 32, 36, 40, 42 and 46 in the closer systems, then 52, 56, 62 and 68 further out, so pick the exact level your ship handles from the table.

Level Warp Systems
32 26 Hoskk, Seyodea, Terasai
36 30 Fennit (warp 38), Halenview (warp 49), Luponamé
40 56 Grajoel (warp 80), Levie Minu (warp 80), Mak’Nino, Wyte
42 80 Alpha Nerra, Vowoh
46 160 Wasen
52 230 Demm, Glave Gamma, Molko, Visnay
56 440 Tiefurt
62 1,000 Oconel, Orkan Alpha, Waiam
68 1,500 Krayn

For every Transogen target and the systems the faction holds, see the Transogen faction page.

Rewards and what it drops

Every Suliban Transport drops Transogen Canisters, 300 to 530 per kill, which you exchange in the Transogen Refinery for rewards. The canister grade rises with the hostile’s level, so higher-level kills return a higher-grade canister. Ship XP also scales sharply, from 250 at level 32 to 14,400 at level 68, which makes the upper levels useful for leveling a ship as well as farming.

Drop Levels Amount per kill
3⇵ Transogen Canister 32–40 300–530
4⇵ Transogen Canister 42–46 300–420
5⇵ Transogen Canister 52–56 300–420
6⇵ Transogen Canister 62–68 300–530

Suliban Transport stats

The Transport is Battleship only, but its stats climb steeply with level, so treat the rows below as anchors rather than a full ladder.

Level Total strength Hull HP Shield HP Attack Defense Ship XP
32 2,768,416 3,387,273 1,129,091 115,054 395,180 250
46 95,059,049 116,308,636 38,769,545 3,950,618 13,569,340 1,200
68 118,548,473,398 145,048,909,091 48,349,636,364 4,926,827,946 16,922,372,725 14,400

Suliban Transport firing pattern

The Transport fires two Energy weapons every round plus a single Kinetic weapon every other round. The Kinetic shot lands far harder per hit, and all three crit for double damage, so expect a spike on the rounds the Kinetic gun fires. The figures are from the level 32 record and scale up with level.

Weapon type Count Damage per shot Fires Crit
Energy 2 7,904–10,162 Every round 10% (2x)
Kinetic 1 16,936–28,227 Every other round 10% (2x)

The Suliban in Star Trek

The Suliban are a spacefaring species from Star Trek: Enterprise. Most were nomads who lost their homeworld and scattered across the quadrant. A faction of them, the Suliban Cabal, accepted genetic augmentation that let them shapeshift, cling to walls and survive in hostile environments. The Cabal, led by Silik, took orders from a mysterious figure in the future and became a recurring threat to Captain Archer’s Enterprise during the Temporal Cold War. In Star Trek Fleet Command the Suliban surface through Transogen content, and this transport is one of the ships you meet along that path.

Is the Suliban Transport worth grinding?

Go after the Transport when you need Transogen Canisters or want ship XP from a single-hull target you can farm with one Interceptor build. The level range is wide, so you can settle at a warp band that suits your roster. The low-level spawns are cheap to clear and good for daily runs, while the level 62 and 68 targets pay the most XP and the 6⇵ canisters if your ship can handle them. Bring an Interceptor, end fights fast before Red Mist! adds up, and lean on mitigation to soak the Kinetic spikes.
