Absolution Arc

The Absolution Arc is a 26-mission storyline in Star Trek Fleet Command built from three chains: the ten-part Absolution hunt for the Romulan fugitive Letik, the eleven-part USS Franklin-A retrofit, and the five-part Going Back to the Death Place. Recommended levels run from 29 to 49, and the warp needed to complete a mission ranges from 1 to 47. The headline rewards are the full set of Franklin-A Mk. II warp parts and its three Retrofit Keys, 500 Premium Recruit Tokens on one branch of Absolution, and multi-million payouts of Parsteel, Tritanium and Dilithium.

How the Absolution Arc works

Absolution comes first. All ten parts are recommended for level 29, and they reunite you with the Enterprise crew before sending you across Romulan and neutral space after Letik. Most parts need warp 17 to 25 to complete; Part 5 is the exception, a defence of your own station at warp 1 that asks you to set aside 525,000 Tritanium for repairs. Three parts branch. Part 3 lets you fight a bodyguard or pay for information, Part 6 has you choose between chasing Nochtun or Sutrun, and Part 10 ends with you handing Letik to Federation or Klingon custody. Each branch pays a different reward, so check both before you pick.

Going Back to the Death Place picks up after Absolution Part 10 and jumps to level 40. It escorts Jaylah from a secretive Independent convoy through Romulan, Borg and Swarm territory and ends with her transfer to Starbase 5 in Alpha Centauri. Parts 1 to 3 need warp 27, Part 4 finishes at warp 1, and Part 5 needs warp 47, the longest trip in the arc. The fights are far harder than anything in Absolution, climbing from about 1.4 million strength in Part 1 to around 5.9 million in Part 5.

The USS Franklin-A chain runs beside the other two and never leaves your home system. Every part, from level 36 to level 49, asks for one Operations upgrade and pays a Franklin component, all at warp 1 with no combat. It advances as fast as your station does, so there is nothing to schedule around it beyond keeping the parts in order.

Absolution Arc rewards worth chasing

No mission in the arc pays officer shards. The ship parts come from USS Franklin-A: Parts 1 to 8 pay the eight Mk. II warp components, from the Warp Interlock to the Warp Core, and Part 9, Part 10 and Part 11 pay the Alpha, Delta and Omega Retrofit Keys.

In Absolution, the Nochtun branch of Part 6 pays 100,000 Officer XP and the Sutrun branch pays 500 Premium Recruit Tokens. Parts 4 and 8 pay 10 and 11 Latinum, and Parts 7 and 8 each add a 4 Hr Peace Shield. Part 5, the station defence, pays 449,000 Tritanium, 90,000 Dilithium, 3 million Parsteel and 60 1 Hour Speed Ups.

Going Back to the Death Place pays the most per mission. Part 1 gives 1.9 million Tritanium and 389,000 Dilithium, Part 2 gives 23.1 million Parsteel and 140,000 Officer XP, and Part 3 adds 500 Federation Recruit Tokens. Part 5 closes the chain with a 1 Day Peace Shield and 5 Latinum.
