Suliban is a level 35 Neutral star system in Star Trek Fleet Command, and you need warp 40 to reach it. It has no entry cost. Despite the name, no Suliban ships spawn in the Suliban system: its 21 hostiles are Neutral bandits (Reckless Bandit, Scouting Bandit and Fearless Bandits) from level 32 to 38, and it has three Raw Latinum mines. If you are hunting the Suliban Transport, the closest ones to this level spawn at level 32 in Hoskk, Seyodea and Terasai, listed in full below.

Suliban Transports and Stealth Cruisers are battleships, and every system listed for them above is a Transogen mining system. At levels 32 to 40 the Transport drops 3⇵ Transogen Canisters, so treat it as a Transogen target. Suliban Transports also spawn at higher levels, up to level 68; the Suliban Transport page has the full location list.
Hostiles in the Suliban system
Three bandit types patrol Suliban, each at every level from 32 to 38, for 21 spawns in total. Each type covers a different hull, so you can pick the target your ship is best against. Drops are per kill.
| Hostile | Hull | Levels | Strength | Drop per kill |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Reckless Bandit | Interceptor | 32 to 38 | 300,028 to 922,334 | 1,266 to 2,381 Parsteel |
| Scouting Bandit | Explorer | 32 to 38 | 296,419 to 910,378 | 314 to 558 Tritanium |
| Fearless Bandits | Battleship | 32 to 38 | 298,869 to 918,281 | 93 to 161 Dilithium |
At levels 32 to 38 these three bandits spawn nowhere else, and their strength roughly triples from level 32 to level 38.
Mining in Suliban
| Resource | Nodes | Base rate per hour | Node size |
|---|---|---|---|
| Raw Latinum | 1 | 95 | 200,000 |
| Raw Latinum | 1 | 108 | 200,000 |
| Raw Latinum | 1 | 125 | 200,000 |
Up to 10 mining nodes can be active in Suliban at once. The regular Latinum nodes in Federation, Klingon and Romulan systems run at 32 to 54 per hour, so all three nodes here mine faster than those. For what Latinum is spent on and where else to mine it, see the Latinum guide.
Planets in Suliban
Suliban has 3 named planets: Brennis, Zepolita and Aonol. There are no player housing containers, armadas or missions in the system.
Is Suliban worth the trip?
If you want Suliban hostiles, skip it and fly to the Transogen systems or to Axanar and Tiwoqua from the table above. Suliban itself is a mining stop: three fast Raw Latinum nodes at warp 40, with no entry cost. The bandits are a steady source of Parsteel, Tritanium and Dilithium for players around level 35 who are already in the area.
