Order in the Depths of Chaos is a level 62 Romulan mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. Sona, a Romulan herald (what humans would call a journalist), asks you to help expose corruption in the Senate by shadowing Senator Suhalia. You pick it up in Tir Morta and need warp 1,000 to start and to finish. There is no named boss fight; the evidence comes from 3 Encrypted Klingon Messages. The reward is 10 Mukull Time-piece, 62,000 Concentrated Latinum and 3,600 Romulan Credits.
Order in the Depths of Chaos objectives
There are four objectives and no choice split:
- Find Senator Suhalia. Location: Tir Duha.
- Follow the Senator. Location: Ja’lana.
- Collect 3 Encrypted Klingon Messages.
- Return to Tir Morta. Location: Tir Morta.
Suhalia built her career as a hardline loyalist against the Klingons, yet Sona suspects she has been taking gifts in return for favors. You tail her quietly past her guard and patch into a meeting in which a Klingon threatens her for failing to pass a bill about the Remans. An audio confession would be too easy to fake, so Sona points you to the encrypted messages Klingon Scout ships have been carrying through the sector. They turn up an invoice showing the Klingons have been paying Suhalia to keep pushing for war, because the Klingons want that war. Sona takes the evidence home to Tir Morta.
Where and what warp
The mission is picked up in Tir Morta, starts in Tir Duha, follows the Senator to Ja’lana and ends back in Tir Morta. Warp 1,000 covers both the start and the finish. The Encrypted Klingon Messages have no fixed system. The game lists a recommended level of 62.

Tips
The only step that can slow you down is collecting the three messages. Sona links them to the Klingon Scout ships moving through the sector, so have a ship ready to hunt those once you reach that objective.
No objective lists an enemy strength, which makes this one of the lighter level 62 Romulan missions in combat terms. Warp 1,000 is the real requirement.
The Concentrated Latinum is a different item from regular Latinum, so check which one your next upgrade needs before choosing this mission over the other Tir Morta options.
