Second-class Citizen is a level 62 Romulan mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. Lord Vrellok introduces you to Captain Yurx, the Reman in charge of defense in Tir Morta, who wants his new troops to train against a real opponent. The whole mission is a series of four sparring fights in Tir Morta, and it needs warp 1,000 to start and to finish. The reward is 116,000 6★ Raw Crystal, 277,000 Raw Σ-Parsteel and 3,600 Romulan Credits.
Second-class Citizen objectives
There are four objectives, all fights in Tir Morta, and no choice split:
- Assist Yurx in combat training. Location: Tir Morta (enemy strength about 2,643,533,500).
- Defeat the second training ship. Location: Tir Morta (enemy strength about 2,618,077,029).
- Defeat the advanced training ship. Location: Tir Morta (enemy strength about 2,643,533,500).
- Battle Yurx in a combat exercise. Location: Tir Morta (enemy strength about 2,632,999,787).
Yurx admits that Remus has never had a true army and asks you not to hold back. Morga lines up the training ships one after another, and after you get through the advanced guard, Yurx insists on fighting you himself to see what his troops were up against. When it is over he calls you the right mentor for the Reman Initiative and asks for your telemetry from the day.

Everything happens in Tir Morta, which is also the pickup system. Warp 1,000 is needed both to start and to complete. The game lists a recommended level of 62.

Second-class Citizen asks for the most fighting of the group, and it pays the most Crystal and Raw Σ-Parsteel: double the Crystal of The Eyes of Earth and about double its Raw Σ-Parsteel.
Tips
Plan for four fights back to back. Each is between about 2.62 and 2.64 billion strength, so none is a spike, but the damage adds up. Check your ship’s health before starting each round.
Travel is the easy part here. Once you reach Tir Morta at warp 1,000 there is nowhere else to go, so the mission is about combat strength rather than route planning.
