Lean On Me is a level 53 main storyline mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which you meet Scotty at Avofall and then escape Federation space through Petandria. It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 160 to finish. There is no fight. The reward is 150 15 Hour Speed Ups and 16,200,000 Tritanium, and completing it unlocks You Think You Know Me. The speed ups make it one of the more valuable travel missions at this level.
Lean On Me objectives
There are two objectives and no choice split:
- Meet with Scotty. Location: Avofall.
- Escape Federation space. Location: Petandria.
You meet Scotty in Avofall, then make for Petandria to get out of Federation space. No enemy is listed and nothing is donated. Petandria is the last stop, so there is no return leg to your Station.
Where and what warp
Warp 1 to start and warp 160 to complete, with no pickup system. Avofall and Petandria are the two systems.
The recommended level is 53. Since there is no combat, warp 160 is the only requirement.
Lean On Me rewards
| Reward | Amount |
|---|---|
| 15 Hour Speed Up | 150 |
| Tritanium | 16,200,000 |
That is 2,250 hours of speed ups in total. Completing Lean On Me unlocks the next mission, You Think You Know Me.
Lean On Me and the missions around it
The level 53 storyline alternates between station tasks at warp 1 and long trips:
| Mission | Warp to complete | Story | Rewards |
|---|---|---|---|
| Power Monger | 1 | Find a way to disrupt the Cardassian jammer | 190 3 Hour Speed Ups, 3,825,000,000 Parsteel, 2,500 Ship XP |
| What They Cannot Hold | 185 | Defend VESTA from a Cardassian assault | 1 Data shard, 9,000,000 Dilithium, 4,590,000,000 Parsteel |
| Lean On Me | 160 | Meet with Scotty | 150 15 Hour Speed Ups, 16,200,000 Tritanium |
| You Think You Know Me | 150 | Meet with Starfleet | 1 Deanna Troi shard, 12,500,000 Dilithium, 2,500 Ship XP |
| What They Don’t Know… | 1 | Repair relations with the USS Enterprise | 270 3 Hour Speed Ups, 10,500,000 Dilithium, 5,355,000,000 Parsteel |
Lean On Me is the Tritanium and speed up mission of this run, and one of only two in the table, along with You Think You Know Me, that pays no Parsteel. The warp comes down a little from What They Cannot Hold at 185, to 160 here and 150 in You Think You Know Me.
Tips
Send a ship built for range. With no combat, any hull that reaches warp 160 finishes the mission, so there is no need to tie up your main fighter.
Save the 15 Hour Speed Ups for your longest building and research timers, where a big chunk of time off matters most.
The full storyline order is on the main storyline missions page. Previous mission: What They Cannot Hold. Next mission: You Think You Know Me.
