Hurak’s Fury

Hurak’s Fury is a three-part chain in which the Klingon House of Hurak starts a conflict with the Federation and then turns on Independent Commanders like you. All three parts are recommended for level 32. The chain begins with a colony distress call in Noakyn, and warp to complete is 27 for the first two parts and 1 for the final Station defense. Most of the rewards are Transogen materials, and Part 3 adds five batches of SNW D’Chok shards. It is short, combat-heavy and cheap to run.

Hurak’s Fury at a glance

Part Recommended level Warp to complete Key reward
Hurak’s Fury Part 1 32 27 1,000 Raw Common Transogen and 400 Raw Uncommon Transogen
Hurak’s Fury Part 2 32 27 1,250 Raw Common Transogen and 800 Raw Uncommon Transogen
Hurak’s Fury Part 3 32 1 SNW D’Chok shards (x5)

Every part starts at warp 1, and finishing a part opens the next one.

Hurak’s Fury Part 1

House Hurak has attacked a Federation colony. After answering the distress call in Noakyn, you take Uhura and La’an to track the Hurak fleet in Januu and defeat a House Hurak vessel there.

  • Respond to the Federation colony’s distress call (Noakyn).
  • Take Uhura and La’an to track down the Hurak fleet (Januu).
  • Defeat the House Hurak vessel (Januu, enemy strength ~305,058).

Warp to complete: 27. The part ends with a choice of where to step into House Hurak’s plan. Both paths pay the same rewards.

Rush to the Enterprise

  • Rush to the aid of the Enterprise (Noakyn).
  • Fight off the House Hurak Battleship (Noakyn, enemy strength ~293,839).

Rewards: 1,000 Raw Common Transogen, 400 Raw Uncommon Transogen, 250 Nadion and 500 Federation Recruit Token.

Defend the colony in Aiti

  • Reach the colony that is under attack (Aiti).
  • Fight off the House Hurak assault (Aiti, enemy strength ~296,419).
  • Shoot down the Interceptor before it escapes (Aiti, enemy strength ~356,340).

Rewards: 1,000 Raw Common Transogen, 400 Raw Uncommon Transogen, 250 Nadion and 500 Federation Recruit Token.

Helping the Enterprise in Noakyn is one fight against a House Hurak Battleship at about 294,000 strength. Defending the colony in Aiti is two fights, an assault at about 296,000 and an Interceptor at about 356,000, so the Enterprise path is quicker.

Hurak’s Fury Part 2

House Hurak escalates. You speak with Captain Pike in Thama, supply the garrison with Dilithium, investigate Transogen readings in Malaba and corner a House Hurak vessel before reporting back.

  • Speak with Captain Pike (Thama).
  • Provide the garrison with 10,000 Dilithium.
  • Investigate the Transogen readings in Malaba.
  • Corner the House Hurak vessel (Malaba, enemy strength ~347,055).
  • Report to the Enterprise (Thama).

Warp to complete: 27. Rewards: 1,250 Raw Common Transogen, 800 Raw Uncommon Transogen, 50 Quantum Communicators and 60x 1 Hour Speed Up.

Hurak’s Fury Part 3

The rebel House turns on Independent Commanders. This part is a Station defense with three fights and no travel.

  • Prepare for an attack by House Hurak.
  • Destroy the Hurak Enforcer (enemy strength ~347,055).
  • Destroy the Hurak Vanguard (enemy strength ~356,340).
  • Assist the Enterprise in battle (enemy strength ~344,145).

Warp to complete: 1. Rewards: 35 Transogen Forge Foundation, 150 Refined Uncommon Transogen, 1x 4 Hr Peace Shield and SNW D’Chok shards (x5).

Tips for completing Hurak’s Fury

Warp is not a concern. Parts 1 and 2 need warp 27, and Part 3 happens at your Station.

The fights range from about 294,000 to 356,000 enemy strength. Part 3 stacks three of them back to back, with the Hurak Vanguard the strongest, so repair before you start it.

The only cost is 10,000 Dilithium for the garrison in Part 2.

House Hurak also appears in the Transformation and Clandestine Divide chains, which pay in the same Transogen materials.

Are the Hurak’s Fury rewards worth it?

If you are building up Transogen, yes. The chain pays 2,250 Raw Common Transogen, 1,200 Raw Uncommon Transogen, 150 Refined Uncommon Transogen, 35 Transogen Forge Foundation, 250 Nadion and 50 Quantum Communicators, plus SNW D’Chok shards and 60 1 Hour Speed Ups. It costs 10,000 Dilithium and a handful of fights. For more missions around this level, see the STFC mission guide.
