House of Hurak is a three-part mission chain in which you report back to Captain Pike, find out what the Klingon Chancellor knows about Transogen and return to a Transogen asteroid to study it. All three parts are recommended for level 32 and need warp 26 to complete, with the first two set in Hegh’Vur and the last in Hoskk. The chain pays 2,000 Raw Common Transogen, 1,000 Raw Uncommon Transogen, 150,000 Officer XP, a 4 Hr Peace Shield and 4 SNW D’Chok shards. Part 2 has a strategy choice, and one option is far cheaper than the other.

House of Hurak Part 1
You regroup with the Enterprise to update Captain Pike. An anomaly in Hegh’Vur turns out to be guarded by a Hurak Vanguard.
- Regroup with the Enterprise in Hegh’Vur.

- Defeat the Hurak Vanguard in Hegh’Vur (enemy strength ~356,340).
Warp to complete: 26. Rewards: 750 Raw Common Transogen, 300 Raw Uncommon Transogen, 3,000 Actian Venom and 15 1 Hour Speed Up.
House of Hurak Part 2
The Klingon Chancellor may know something about Transogen. You approach the Chancellor’s ship, meet the Enterprise, and then pick a strategy for dealing with the Hurak Honorguard.
- Approach the Klingon Chancellor’s ship in Hegh’Vur.
- Rendezvous with the Enterprise in Hegh’Vur.
- Choose a strategy (choice).
Donate Dilithium to boost the Chancellor’s shields
- Donate 470,000 Dilithium for the Chancellor’s shields.
- Defeat the Honorguard wingman in Hegh’Vur (enemy strength ~415,226).
- Defeat the Honorguard leader in Hegh’Vur (enemy strength ~415,226).
Rewards: 1,250 Raw Common Transogen, 700 Raw Uncommon Transogen, 150,000 Officer XP and 80 1 Hour Speed Up.
Take the fight to the Hurak hostiles
- Intercept the hostiles in Hegh’Vur.
- Defeat the Honorguard leader in Hegh’Vur (enemy strength ~415,226).
Rewards: 1,250 Raw Common Transogen, 700 Raw Uncommon Transogen, 150,000 Officer XP and 80 1 Hour Speed Up.
Warp to complete: 26 on either path.
House of Hurak Part 3
The chain ends quietly. You go back to a Transogen asteroid in Hoskk to learn more about it, mine a sample and hand part of it to Captain Pike.
- Revisit a Transogen asteroid in Hoskk.
- Mine 20 Raw Common Transogen.
- Speak with Captain Pike in Hoskk.
- Give 10 Raw Common Transogen to Captain Pike.
Warp to complete: 26. Rewards: 30 Transogen Forge Foundation, 150 Refined Uncommon Transogen, 1 4 Hr Peace Shield and 4 SNW D’Chok shards.
Tips for completing House of Hurak
The Part 2 choice is lopsided. Donating Dilithium costs 470,000 Dilithium and adds a second Honorguard fight, while taking the fight to the hostiles skips both and ends after one fight with the Honorguard leader. The rewards are identical, so unless you want the donation for story reasons, the second option saves you a large Dilithium bill and a battle.
Part 3 needs a mining ship at the Hoskk asteroid, since you have to mine 20 Raw Common Transogen and then hand 10 of it to Pike. Your combat ship can stay home for this part; the only fights in the chain are in Parts 1 and 2, and none is stronger than about 415,000.
Transience also starts at a Transogen asteroid in Hoskk, and Hurak’s Folly and Crossed Bat’leths are the other chains at this level that pay SNW D’Chok shards.
Are the House of Hurak rewards worth it?
Yes. On the cheaper Part 2 path the chain costs two fights and a short mining run, and it returns 150,000 Officer XP, 4 SNW D’Chok shards, 2,000 Raw Common and 1,000 Raw Uncommon Transogen and a 4 Hr Peace Shield. The Officer XP alone is the largest single XP payout among the level 32 Transogen chains. Captain Pike is your contact throughout.
