Worth the Wait is a Romulan faction mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you try to stop the Gorn spy Xahlik from escaping. You defeat a Gorn fleet in Elvros, follow it to Talora and return to Elvros. It starts at warp 1 after Twenty Questions and needs warp 160 to complete. The reward is 16 4★ Seltene Refined Ore and 775,000 Romulan Points, and finishing it unlocks Old Dogs. It is short, with one fight.

Worth the Wait objectives

The story line is to stop Xahlik from escaping. There are three objectives and no choice split:

  • Defeat the Gorn fleet. Location: Elvros. Enemy strength around 12.2 million.
  • Follow the fleet. Location: Talora.
  • Return to Elvros. Location: Elvros.

The fight comes first. After that, the mission is a round trip to Talora and back.

Tips

Bring your best combat ship for the opening fight. At around 12.2 million strength, the Gorn fleet is noticeably tougher than the enemies in Twenty Questions or Old Dogs.

Once the fleet is beaten, the rest is travel, so you can repair on the way to Talora.

Old Dogs, which follows, needs only warp 110 and stays in one system. Other missions by level are on the mission guide.
