Survival of the Fittest is a ten-part Star Trek Fleet Command mission chain in which you meet the Enterprise crew and split your effort between two leads: finding Picard and digging into Cardassian space for word on Worf. Every part is recommended for level 32, starts at Elva, and runs out to warp 22 to 25 on most steps. Your choices, starting with the lead you pick in Part 1, decide which version of each later part you get. Rewards include 600 Premium Recruit Tokens, Latinum, 133,000 Officer XP, 4 Hr Peace Shields, 3★ refined materials and millions of Parsteel and Tritanium. It is a long combat chain that pays well for a level 32 commander.

Tips for completing Survival of the Fittest
Plan fuel for long round trips. Only Parts 1 and 6 stay at warp 7; everything else reaches warp 22 to 25, bouncing between Elva and systems like Korok, Sintek, Amok’tal and Resara.
Stockpile before the donation steps. The messenger versions take 1M Tritanium, and the Picard ambush versions take 250,000 Dilithium, so have both amounts ready before those parts.
The named fights sit between roughly 415,000 and 432,000 enemy strength, so a ship that clears level 30 to 31 hostiles comfortably will handle them. Several versions also ask for 5, 8 or 10 hostile kills at level 30 or 31, which you can knock out on any hostiles in range.
At the Assem decision in Cardassian space, refusing and hacking the base pays 8,303,000 Parsteel, far more than the Tritanium on the other side. Are the Survival of the Fittest rewards worth it?
Yes, if you are around level 32. Rescuing Picard pays 600 Premium Recruit Tokens, the Picard ambush adds 133,000 Officer XP and a Peace Shield, and the Latinum, Uncommon Refined Crystal and Gas are useful at this stage. The Parsteel and Tritanium totals run into the millions. The cost is time: ten parts of warp 22 to 25 travel and two resource donations.
