Kick Them While They’re Down is an Andorian story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you help General Ontella strike a truce with the Arkonian people. The action is all at the summit in Kurchee, plus a hostile kill count you can clear anywhere. It needs warp 70 to complete, and the main fight is against Voh’loch at roughly 937,932 strength. The reward is 5,400,000 Tritanium, 700 4★ Common Interceptor Parts and a Federation reputation gain, and it unlocks the next mission, Dangerous Excursions.
Kick Them While They’re Down objectives
Four objectives, no choice split:
- Attend the Andorian-Arkonian summit in Kurchee. Location: Kurchee.
- Defeat 10 hostiles of Level 40 or higher.
- Defeat Voh’loch. Location: Kurchee. Enemy strength is roughly 937,932.
- Escort General Ontella to a safe location. Location: Kurchee.
The summit in Kurchee opens the mission. Before the talks can go anywhere you need 10 kills against hostiles of level 40 or higher, and no system is named for those, so any qualifying target counts. Back in Kurchee, Voh’loch attacks at around 938,000 strength. Once Voh’loch is beaten, you escort General Ontella to safety within the same system to finish.
Where and what warp
There is no pickup system and the mission can be accepted from warp 1. Completing it needs warp 70 to reach Kurchee. The game lists a recommended level of 1. The level 40 kill requirement is the clearer signal of who this mission is for.

This mission and the fight path of The Fall of Weytahn carry the same reputation lines: 500 Federation Credits and 180,000 Federation Points, with 259,200 Klingon Points lost. Telepresence, two missions later, has a much harder fight, so this is a good point to check that your ship is keeping up.
Tips
Clear the 10 level 40 kills before heading back to Kurchee. The kill count comes before the Voh’loch fight in the objective list, and there is no need to farm in Kurchee itself.
Repair after the kill count if it cost you hull, then take on Voh’loch and finish the escort.
Keep the 700 4★ Common Interceptor Parts if you run an interceptor. The 5.4 million Tritanium is useful to everyone.
