Khan’s Champion 4 – Warlord is a level 60 mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where one of Khan’s Champions shows up close to your station and you have to beat it. It starts and completes at warp 1, so there is no travel involved, but the Champion is listed at roughly 74.1 billion strength. The only reward is 4,000 Hijacked Insignia. It is the fourth of five Khan’s Champion missions, and it is a pure combat check.
Khan’s Champion 4 – Warlord objectives
Maia raises a red alert when a Champion is detected near your station. Once it is beaten, she asks you to file the Battle Report in the station’s archives so you can study your enemy’s tactics.
- Defeat Khan’s Champion. Enemy strength is roughly 74,100,651,309.
- Log the Battle Report in your Station’s archives.
There is no choice split and no named system. The fight is the whole mission; logging the report is a closing step once the Champion is down.
Where and what warp
The game lists warp 1 both to start and to complete, and the Champion appears near your own station. The recommended level is 60. Warp is not a factor here at all; the strength of the ship you send is the only thing that matters.
Khan’s Champion 4 – Warlord rewards
| Reward | Amount |
|---|---|
| Hijacked Insignia | 4,000 |
All five Khan’s Champion missions
The five missions follow the same pattern: defeat the Champion near your station, then log the Battle Report. Each is warp 1. What changes is the recommended level, the Champion’s strength and the Hijacked Insignia you earn.
| Mission | Recommended level | Champion strength | Hijacked Insignia |
|---|---|---|---|
| Khan’s Champion 1 – Cadet | 30 | About 3.9 million | 500 |
| Khan’s Champion 2 – Ensign | 40 | About 50.1 million | 2,000 |
| Khan’s Champion 3 – Captain | 50 | About 2.66 billion | 3,000 |
| Khan’s Champion 4 – Warlord | 60 | About 74.1 billion | 4,000 |
| Khan’s Champion 5 – Nightmare | 70 | About 4.1 trillion | 6,000 |
The jump from Captain to Warlord is steep: the Champion’s strength rises about 28 times while the Insignia reward only goes from 3,000 to 4,000.
Tips
Do not treat the level 60 recommendation as the real bar. A 74.1 billion strength enemy is far above the fights in most level 60 and 61 story missions, which tend to sit in the low billions. Send your strongest combat ship, and if it loses badly, come back after more upgrades rather than repeating the attempt.
Clear the earlier Champions first if you have not already. Cadet, Ensign and Captain together pay 5,500 Hijacked Insignia for far easier fights.
For Khan himself, see the Khan Noonien Singh officer page; the missions of his wider storyline are collected on the Augment missions list. Other missions by level are on the mission guide.
