Falter is a level 74 Klingon mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which you engage in diplomacy with the Forsaken. It is picked up in Seh’Lei and needs warp 3,000 to start and to complete, with the meeting held in Goviscia. There is no named fight and no donation, only 10 hostiles of level 74 or higher. The reward is 101,000 Σ-Tritanium, 100,000 7★ Broken Survey Parts and 1,000 Σ-Klingon Credits. It is a straightforward Klingon mission that you can finish with any ship able to farm level 74 hostiles.
Falter objectives
There are five objectives and no choice split:
- Proceed to the meeting place. Location: Goviscia.
- Welcome the Forsaken delegates. Location: Goviscia.
- Defeat 10 hostiles of level 74 or higher.
- Answer the hail. Location: Goviscia.
- Return to the outpost. Location: Seh’Lei.
The meeting place is in Goviscia, where you welcome the Forsaken delegates. The hostile count comes next, then a hail in Goviscia, and the mission ends back at the outpost in Seh’Lei.
Where and what warp
The pickup system is Seh’Lei, where the mission also ends. Warp to start and warp to complete are both 3,000, and the recommended level is 74.
Goviscia is the only other system, so the route is a simple out-and-back.

All three share the same point changes. Falter is the only one without a named fight.
Falter is the only level 74 Klingon single mission with no named fight: Shoring Up ends against a Forsaken vessel and Filling A Vacuum against two Nausicaan ships. Seh’Lei, where Falter starts and ends, is also where you catch the House K’Ekar spy in Spirals Under The Skin at level 75.
Tips
Filling A Vacuum takes place entirely in Goviscia, the same system as Falter’s meeting, so the two Klingon missions pair up well on one trip.
Safe Travels also picks up in Seh’Lei at this level, and it pays no faction points.
