Ship power is the range across every level that target appears at, so the low figure is the entry version and the high figure is the endgame one.

Augment reputation cannot be lowered, so unlike the core three there is no risk in fighting anything here. The catch is the reverse: positive Augment standing can turn bounty hunters in Augment space against you.

What Exiles targets drop

Across the whole faction the recurring drops are Common Hijacked Splicer, Augment Points, Uncommon Hijacked Splicer, Rare Hijacked Splicer and Epic Hijacked Splicer. Those are what you are actually farming for, and they are the reason to pick one target over another at the same level.
