Winds of Change IV is a level 53 Immortal mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you track down a spy vessel. It starts at warp 1 after Winds of Change III and needs warp 255. You follow the warp trail from Adrisilver to a refueling station in Er'Tama, then decide whether to destroy the station. Destroying it pays 2,000 Ship XP and 700 3 Hour Speed Ups; sparing it pays 3 billion Parsteel and 255,150,000 Tritanium. Either path unlocks Winds of Change V.
Winds of Change IV objectives
The shared opening:
- Set a course for Adrisilver. Location: Adrisilver.
- Follow the warp trail. Location: Er’Tama.
- Investigate the refueling station. Location: Er’Tama.
Then the question: should we destroy the refueling station? In both cases you beam the Immortal agent Lyrial down to the station and keep watch from orbit.
Destroy the station
- Beam Lyrial down to the refueling station. Location: Er’Tama.
- Defeat the enemy ship. Location: Er’Tama.
- Detonate the explosives. Location: Er’Tama.
- Report to the Immortals. Location: Cortázar.
Rewards for this path: 2,000 Ship XP, 700 3 Hour Speed Ups, 800 Romulanisch Credits, 1,400,000 Romulan Points, -1,780,800 Federation Points.
Spare the station
- Beam Lyrial down to the refueling station. Location: Er’Tama.
- Defeat the enemy ship. Location: Er’Tama.
- Report to the Immortals. Location: Cortázar.
Rewards for this path: 3,000,000,000 Parsteel, 255,150,000 Tritanium, 800 Romulan Credits, 1,400,000 Romulan Points, -1,780,800 Federation Points.
If you spare the station, Lyrial hacks its computers for information instead of planting explosives.

No pickup system is listed. Winds of Change IV appears at warp 1 once Part III is done, and warp 255 covers both paths.
The recommended level is 53. Both paths include one enemy ship fight in Er’Tama, with no enemy strength listed.

Which path to pick
Sparing the station is shorter by one step and pays much more in Ressourcen. The 255,150,000 Tritanium is the largest Tritanium payout in the Winds of Change missions, and the 3 billion Parsteel helps recover the 5.8 billion spent in Part III.
Destroying the station makes sense only if you want the 700 3 Hour Speed Ups more than those resources.
Tips
Arrive in Er’Tama repaired, since the enemy ship fight comes right after you beam Lyrial down.
