Winds of Change V is the last of the five Winds of Change missions in the Immortal storyline in Star Trek Fleet Command, recommended for level 53. After attending Danclus’ meeting in Necrocormeum, you choose whether to help Maltor recruit Romulans or join Xarkon on a raid against an intelligence facility. It starts at warp 1 after Winds of Change IV and needs warp 285. Both paths pay 3,000,000,000 Parsteel, and both unlock Good Samaritan.

Wo und welcher Warp
No pickup system is listed. Winds of Change V appears at warp 1 once Part IV is done, and warp 285 covers either path.
The recommended level is 53. Both paths have one fight at the same listed strength, around 20.3 million, the strongest enemy in the Winds of Change missions.
Winds of Change V rewards
| Belohnung | Amount (either path) |
|---|---|
| Parsteel | 3,000,000,000 |
| Romulan Credits | 800 |
| Romulan Points | 1,400,000 |
| Federation Points | -1,780,800 |
The rewards are identical, so the choice is about the story and how many steps you want to take. Completing either path unlocks Good Samaritan. The Federation Points line is covered on the Fraktionsruf page.
Which path to pick
The recruitment path with Maltor is shorter: one contact, one fight, one report. The raid with Xarkon adds two extra steps in Ballion after the fight. Since the fight strength and rewards match, Maltor’s path is the quicker finish.
What comes next
| Mission | Recommended level | Warp to complete | What it asks | Headline reward |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Winds of Change IV | 53 | 255 | Track the spy vessel | Speed ups, or 3B Parsteel and 255M Tritanium |

| Good Samaritan | 54 | 1 | Collect and donate 5 Immortal Datapads | 3B Parsteel, 182,250,000 Tritanium |
Tips
Repair before the fight. It is the hardest one in the Winds of Change missions, and it comes early on both paths.
Line up Immortal side missions next. Good Samaritan needs five Immortal Datapads, and Immortal side missions such as Mine and Mine Alone and Tal Shiar Burglary II each pay one. More missions by level are on the mission guide.
