Reprisal is a Romulan-side mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. A Romulanisch ship has been destroyed in the Neutral Zone, the aggressor is a mystery, and you follow the trail from Fastolf to Astrida and on to Vulcan. It can be picked up in Davidul or V'varia, needs warp 13 to start and warp 17 to complete, and the game lists a recommended level of 1. There is one fight, a Vulcan scout ship at roughly 39,874 strength. The reward is three Nero shards, 3 Latinum and Romulan standing.
Reprisal objectives

The distress call in Fastolf starts the investigation. A warp trail leads to Astrida, where a Vulcan scout ship is waiting. After beating it you travel on to the Vulcan system, then head home.

The mission is picked up in Davidul or V’varia. It needs warp 13 to start and warp 17 to complete, the higher figure covering the full route through Fastolf, Astrida and Vulcan.
The game lists a recommended level of 1. The Vulcan scout ship at about 39,874 strength and the warp 17 route are the real requirements.

Reprisal and Revenge Begets Revenge together pay six Nero shards and the same faction swing each time: 250 Romulan Points, -132 Federation and -88 Klingon. The follow-up needs less warp but adds a second fight, and it swaps the 3 Latinum for a single 12 Hour Speed Up, so Reprisal is the one of the pair that pays Latinum.
The Deadly Years shares Reprisal’s pickup systems and has an enemy of exactly the same strength, so a ship that clears one is ready for the other.
Tips
Bring a combat ship from the start. The only fight is in Astrida, in the middle of the route, and the same ship then carries on to Vulcan.
Weigh the faction points. Each run lowers Federation and Klingon standing a little while raising Romulan standing.
