House Call is a level 67 Federation mission in Star Trek Fleet Command, picked up in Shrev’s Eye. Dr. Moran of Starfleet Medical answers a call for help from the House of Mogh, passed on by Worf, after an unknown illness breaks out at a Klingon research facility on Eratia. It needs warp 1400 to start and to complete, includes one ship fight and a hostile hunt, and pays 21,000 Σ-Parsteel, 1,500 Trait XP and Föderation reputation. It is the lightest combat mission of the Shrev’s Eye group.
House Call objectives
There are six objectives and no choice split:
- Bring Dr. Moran to Tantuq. Location: Tantuq.
- Defend yourself. Location: Tantuq.
- Proceed to Eratia. Location: Tantuq.
- Collect the sample from Abrara. Location: Har-52.
- Defeat 12 hostiles of level 67 or higher.
- Return to Eratia. Location: Tantuq.
The patients at Eratia are losing their cranial ridges, and Dr. Moran suspects Levodian flu. With tensions high, she wants an Independent ship to carry her into Klingonisch space. A Klingon ship in Tantuq attacks the moment it hears she is from Starfleet, and Dr. Moran asks for defensive moves only. That ship is listed at about 9.15 billion strength. Once its weapons are down, its captain grants clearance.
At Eratia, Dr. Moran confirms a long-dormant strain of Levodian flu, revived from samples the research team dug out of the permafrost. She can make a vaccine but needs a plant from Abrara, an M-class planet in Har-52. Hostile ships intercept you there, which is the 12-hostile objective, and you bring the samples back to Eratia.

House Call is picked up in Shrev’s Eye. Most of it happens in Tantuq, with one trip to Har-52 for the plant samples. Both the start and the finish need warp 1400, and the recommended level is 67.

Tips
House Call has only one named fight, the Klingon ship in Tantuq, and it comes early. The hostile hunt in Har-52 counts any hostiles of level 67 or higher.
If you want Trait XP and would rather avoid a three-fight chase, pick House Call over Theft Through Deception; it pays the same 1,500 Trait XP with 2,000 less Σ-Parsteel.
