Call to Action is a three-part mission chain in which the Order of Ganmadan asks you to help test its newest Romulan recruits. You run them through a rescue, an attack on a guard ship and a final exam built around the Sword of the Raptor Star, then decide who graduates. All three parts are recommended for level 70 and reach warp 1,550, with the chain picked up in Uyama. Rewards include 11,700 Romulan Credits, 500 Romulan Recruit Token, 500 1 Day Speed Up, 43,800,000,000 Romulan Points and 3 Gravimetric Daten. Four fights around 3.3 to 3.4 trillion strength make it an easy entry point to the Romulanisch chains in the Margins.

Part 1 needs warp 1,550 to start. Parts 2 and 3 start at warp 1, and each part unlocks the next.
Call to Action Part 1
Assess the Order’s new recruits. The Order wants proof that its eager new Romulans are worthy, and the first lesson turns into a rescue when a recruit named Zalim gets into trouble.
- Meet the new recruits in Alvolea.
- Go to Otralitea.
- Save Zalim in Otralitea (enemy strength ~3,392,818,769,605).
- Get back to the training base in Alvolea.

Continue to the next lesson. The second test takes the recruits to Oraalen, where a guard ship and its reinforcements stand in the way.

- Defeat the reinforcements in Oraalen (enemy strength ~3,423,395,691,968).
- Return to the base in Alvolea.

Time for the final exam. The Sword of the Raptor Star is placed in Igniotera, and whichever recruit brings it back first wins. Afterwards you tell the Order who deserves to graduate.

- Return to the training base in Alvolea.
- Decide who should graduate.

Tips for completing Call to Action
The graduation choice has no effect on rewards, so pick whichever recruit you think earned it. Cimela outsmarted Kazal and returned an undamaged sword, Kazal let others do the work before taking the prize, and choosing neither dismisses them both.
Part 2 is the one place with two fights in a row, a guard ship and then reinforcements in Oraalen at about 3.3 and 3.4 trillion strength. The other fights come one per part. There are no donations in this chain, so you only need a ship that can reach warp 1,550 and win at that strength.
The rewards come as Romulan Points with Föderation and Klingon losses, adding up to 51,300,000,000 Federation Points lost. Check Fraktionsruf first if that matters to you. Yes for Romulan-aligned players at level 70.
