Born of One Breath is a level 62 Federation mission in Star Trek Fleet Command about building a new home for the Azinjen. You pick it up in Sigrun and need warp 1,000 to start and to finish. The Azinjen are testing a habitat with a xenon-rich atmosphere, and you travel to Dohrmas to buy the parts, pay 700,000 Dilithium and fight off a Mercenary. The reward is 1 Kurlan Naiskos, 381,000 Raw Σ-Tritanium and 3,600 Federation Credits. Expect one fight and one sizeable donation.
Born of One Breath objectives
There are five objectives in a fixed order, with no choice split:
- Travel to the habitat. Location: Sigrun.
- Broker a deal in Dohrmas. Location: Dohrmas.
- Provide 700,000 Dilithium.
- Defeat the Mercenary. Location: Dohrmas (enemy strength ~2,618,077,029).
- Deliver the parts to the habitat. Location: Sigrun.
The new habitat could let the Azinjen in this sector live without their breathing and vision aids, but it will not start without a xenon amplifier. A xenon atmosphere would knock out a human crew, so nobody on your ship can help test it. Your crew knows of a xenon lamp plant in Dohrmas that might sell the technology.
The plant agrees, but filling the order would shut down its line for about a week, which is why it asks for 700,000 Dilithium. Before you leave, mercenary raiders arrive. The plant says the Federation was supposed to send protection, so you step in, drive the Mercenary off and carry the parts back to Sigrun.

The mission is picked up in Sigrun, and warp 1,000 covers both the start and the finish. The route is short: Sigrun, out to Dohrmas for the deal, the donation and the fight, then back to Sigrun to deliver the parts. The recommended level is 62.

Born of One Breath pays the most Raw Σ-Tritanium of the group and is the only one with a Kurlan Naiskos.
Tips
Stock the Dilithium before you leave Sigrun. The 700,000 donation comes right after the deal in Dohrmas, and the Mercenary fight follows straight after, so having it ready saves a trip.
The Mercenary is listed at about 2.62 billion strength. It is the only fight in the mission, so a ship that can handle that can finish everything else without trouble.
