The Law Falls Silent is a Romulan story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you investigate a Romulan distress signal in Lycia. The Law Falls Silent objectives
There are five objectives and no choice split:
- Investigate the distress signal in Lycia. Location: Lycia.
- Repair the scout’s ship with 5,000 Tritanium.
- Defeat the USS Manhattan. Location: Lycia. Enemy strength is roughly 17,996.
- Return to Valdore Outpost. Location: Draken.
- Defeat Samson. Location: Kaikara. Enemy strength is roughly 18,405.
You answer the distress call in Lycia, pay 5,000 Tritanium to repair the scout’s ship and beat the USS Manhattan. After a stop at Valdore Outpost in Draken, the mission ends with a fight against Samson in Kaikara.

The Law Falls Silent is available from warp 1 and needs warp 17 to complete. The route runs from Lycia to Draken and on to Kaikara.
The recommended level is listed as 1. The two fights are close in strength, both around 18,000, so a ship that wins the first should handle the second.

Both pass through Valdore Outpost in Draken and finish in Kaikara. Running them back to back gives 8 Arix shards. The Law Falls Silent adds a second fight and swaps the 8 Hour Speed Up for a 12 Hour one.
Other Romulan missions at warp 17
Cloak and Dagger also ends in Kaikara at warp 17, returning technology to Voros Outpost. Sink Into Shadow needs warp 17 as well and ends at Draken I. If you are working on Romulan missions in this range, several of them share the same corner of space.
Tips
Bring 5,000 Tritanium. The repair step comes before the first fight, so you cannot reach the USS Manhattan without it.
