The All Seeing Eye is a level 66 mission in Star Trek Fleet Command about intercepting Cultist communications. It has one objective, to intercept 6 Cultist transmissions, and needs only warp 1 to start and to complete. The reward is 277,000 Raw Σ-Parsteel and 675,000,000 Dilithium, and finishing it unlocks What We Are. It is a short mission with a large Dilithium payout for the effort.
The All Seeing Eye objectives
There is a single objective and no choice split:
- Intercept 6 Cultist transmissions.
No system is attached to the objective, so the mission does not send you to a set location. The count of six is the whole requirement: once six transmissions are intercepted, the mission is done.
Where and what warp
Warp to start and warp to complete are both 1, and the recommended level is 66. The missions on either side of it share that level and warp. It follows What We See, which asks you to upgrade Operations to level 66, and it leads into What We Are, whose story prompt is to keep helping the people of the Frontier.

Completing the mission also unlocks What We Are.
Tips
Because the mission follows What We See, you reach it only after Operations is at level 66. From there it is one objective at warp 1, with no fight and no donation, so the only thing between you and the reward is the count of six transmissions.
