Telepathic Link is a level 62 Romulan mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which the Reman telepath Morga builds a satellite she claims will boost her powers. You pick it up in Ja’lana and need warp 1,000 to start and to finish. There is no combat: you place the satellite, align its relays and hand over 300 Iso-Resin. The reward is 123,000 6★ Raw Ore, 294,000 Raw Σ-Parsteel and 3,600 Romulan Credits, plus a Romulan Points gain.
Telepathic Link objectives
There are three objectives and no choice split:
- Find a suitable location for the Reman satellite. Location: Ja’lana.
- Align the relays. Location: Ja’lana.
- Provide the 300 Iso-Resin to Morga.
Morga had a Romulan named Belik design a satellite array for her. She wants to test whether it can stretch her telepathy out into space, and your crew doubts any device could manage that. They also doubt Lord Vrellok would ever fund such a thing, and Morga dodges the question of whether the Reman Initiative approved it.
After the relays are aligned she asks for 300 Iso-Resin to finish the build. Once the satellite comes online, your crew works out that it is a standard mark seven Romulan communications array, and Morga carries on as though nothing is odd.
Where and what warp
The pickup is Ja’lana, and warp 1,000 covers the start and the finish. Both located objectives are inside Ja’lana, and the Iso-Resin hand-in has no location, so there is no travel after you arrive. The recommended level is 62.

Telepathic Link is the only one of the four that pays 6★ Raw Ore.
Tips
Check your Iso-Resin before you start. The 300 Iso-Resin hand-in is the last step, and it is the only thing that can hold you up, since nothing in the mission has to be fought.
Any ship that reaches Ja’lana can finish the job, so a survey or explorer hull is fine and your combat ships stay free for other work.
