Special Delivery is a Federation-side mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you meet Keenser and make sure some important materials arrive safely. The game lists a recommended level of 1; it needs warp 13 to start and warp 15 to complete, and it can be picked up in eight systems. There is one fight, a Nausicaan ambush at roughly 18,405 power, then a choice about what to do with the Nausicaans. Both choices pay 2 Keenser shards.
Special Delivery objectives
The first four steps are shared:
- Meet with Keenser on Lorillia. Location: Lorillia.
- Bring the ship components to Tueunuk, in Sorenle. Location: Sorenle.
- Defeat the Nausicaan ambush. Location: Sorenle. Enemy strength is roughly 18,405.
- Choose what to do with the Nausicaans.
The choice has two options, and each leads to one closing step:
Give supplies
- Return to Starbase 82 with Keenser. Location: Lorillia.
Arrest them
- Bring the Nausicaans to Starbase 82. Location: Lorillia.
Either way you end at Starbase 82 in Lorillia, so the route is the same. Only the reward changes.
Where and what warp
The game lists eight pickup systems: Gelvin, Skyedark, Dalukerinborva, Kosz, Ora Leraa, Freyda, Pune and Oltomon. The mission needs warp 13 to start and warp 15 to complete, and the work happens in Lorillia and Sorenle.
The recommended level is listed as 1. The Nausicaan ambush at about 18,405 is the fight to plan for.

The game data lists no next mission unlocked by Special Delivery.
Which choice to pick
The Keenser shards and reputation changes are identical, so the choice is between 25,000 Tritanium and 5,000 Dilithium. If your station upgrades are waiting on Tritanium, give supplies. If you need Dilithium, arrest the Nausicaans.
The reputation shift is small on both paths: a 60 point Federation gain against minor Klingon and Romulan losses. The faction reputation page explains what those points do.
Other missions with Keenser
Keenser also appears in No One Gets Left Behind, an early mission at level 4 and warp 5 where you give him 20 Tritanium and bring him home. That one pays a Grace Chen shard and 20 Recruit Tokens rather than Keenser shards, so Special Delivery is the mission to run if you are collecting Keenser.
Lorillia, where Special Delivery starts and ends, is the home of Starbase 82 and turns up in many other missions, including Firefighting and Directives.
Tips
Bring a combat ship for the Sorenle leg. The Nausicaan ambush is the only fight, and it comes right after you deliver the components.
