Sharpened d’k tahgs is a level 63 Klingon mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which Ar’atka, widow and heir of the House of K’toh-maag, makes you her Arbiter of Succession to secure her claim. It is picked up in Lorgar and needs warp 1,100 to start and to complete, with a fight in Darklake and another before the High Council in Lorgar, at about 3.37 and 4.01 billion strength. The reward is 4,700,000,000 Tritanium, 207,000 Raw Σ-Parsteel and a large Klingon reputation gain.
Sharpened d’k tahgs objectives
There are four objectives in a fixed order and no choice split:
- Face Tsapagh. Location: Darklake.
- Defeat Tsapagh. Location: Darklake. Enemy strength about 3,367,690,171.
- Present the case to the High Council. Location: Lorgar.
- Prove your worth. Location: Lorgar. Enemy strength about 4,014,144,528.
Ar’atka and her husband had no children, so every ambitious warrior now wants her House. It is not unusual to bring an outsider to the High Council, and she names you her Arbiter of Succession. First comes her nephew Tsapagh, fresh from his jak’tahla and claiming the House as its only male heir. He challenges her away from the Council’s eyes, which Ar’atka finds convenient, since no one will see her beat him.
At the Council, Gowron acknowledges her victory and notes that no woman has joined the Council since Grilka, but it is her right. Her Arbiter must still prove their worth, and Maia accepts the challenge. Gowron names Ar’atka head of her Great House, and she makes the Commander a member of it.
Where and what warp
The mission is picked up in Lorgar, where it ends. The Tsapagh fight is in Darklake. Warp to start and to complete is 1,100, and the recommended level is 63.

Tips
Two fights and no donation or hostile count make this one of the shortest missions in the group. The Council fight is the harder of the two.
For the same rewards as Visions of Qui’Tu, this mission skips the 240M Tritanium donation, so run it first if Tritanium is tight. Klingon Points rise by 125 million and Romulan Points fall by 252 million; the faction reputation page explains the tiers, and more missions are on the mission guide.
