Whom We Forgot is a level 63 story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which Maia asks you to help the people caught up in the madness spreading across the quadrant. It needs only warp 1 to start and to complete. You complete 5 Planetary missions of level 60 or higher, then donate 5 Planetary datapads. The reward is 16,000 Σ-Parsteel and 466,000 Raw Σ-Tritanium, and finishing it unlocks Shroud of Honor. For a mission with no travel and no fight, that is one of the better payouts in this part of the story.
Whom We Forgot objectives
There are two objectives in a fixed order and no choice split:
- Complete 5 Planetary missions of level 60 or higher.
- Donate 5 Planetary datapads.
Neither objective names a system. The mission follows straight on from Siblings in Arms, where Admiral Tchezky revealed himself as one of the Nameless. Maia reflects on the human habit of naming a frightening thing to rob it of its otherness, and finds it fitting that these beings from beyond the universe have no name. She says their arrival is tearing the galaxy apart and wants to help whoever is suffering in their shadow.
Once the five missions are done, she asks you to upload the data gathered along the way for her research. That is the datapad donation, and the mission ends when she confirms the data is received.
Where and what warp
Warp 1 to start and warp 1 to complete, with no pickup system. The recommended level is 63, and the Planetary missions must be level 60 or higher to count.

The Σ-Parsteel here is more than three times the 5,000 paid by Hysteria two missions earlier, and the Raw Σ-Tritanium is roughly three times the raw payout of Siblings in Arms. Shroud of Honor then raises the raw reward again to 704,000 on every path.
Tips
Start the Planetary missions as soon as this unlocks, since only missions of level 60 or higher count and they are the slow part. The second objective also asks for 5 Planetary datapads, so check you have them before the fifth mission is done.
Plan your next ship move while you work through them. Shroud of Honor goes back up to warp 1,100 and, depending on your choice, can include a fight or a 3,000 Σ-Dilithium donation, so saving that Σ-Dilithium now keeps every path open.
