Recruitment Drive is a level 3 station mission in Star Trek Fleet Command that asks you to upgrade the Academy to level 2, so you can get more officers for your ships. It needs only warp 1 and has no fight. The reward is 80 Tritanium and five 1★ Explorer Parts, and finishing it unlocks Schemes, the next main storyline mission.
Recruitment Drive objectives
One objective, no choice split:
- Upgrade the Academy to Level 2.
No system is named and no hostile is listed. The mission completes when the Academy reaches level 2.

The cost is small, so if the Academy will not upgrade, Operations 3 is the only thing to check.
Where and what warp
Warp 1 to start and warp 1 to finish, with no pickup system. Everything happens on your station. The recommended level is 3.

All three are level 3 missions at warp 1, so they run back to back. Schemes is the step to look forward to, since it lets you choose between two officer shards.
Tips
Do this as soon as it appears. At 200 Parsteel and 3 minutes, the upgrade costs almost nothing and opens Schemes straight away.
