Recruitment Drive is a level 3 station mission in Star Trek Fleet Command that asks you to upgrade the Akademie to level 2, so you can get more officers for your ships. It needs only warp 1 and has no fight. The reward is 80 Tritanium and five 1★ Explorer Parts, and finishing it unlocks Schemes, the next main storyline mission.

All three are level 3 Missionen at warp 1, so they run back to back. Schemes is the step to look forward to, since it lets you choose between two officer shards.
Tips
Do this as soon as it appears. At 200 Parsteel and 3 minutes, the upgrade costs almost nothing and opens Schemes straight away.
