One Reaction is a Klingon storyline mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which the Klingon Empire suffers a crippling loss and answers with an act of vengeance. You confirm the destruction of the 5th Fleet in Ophiuchi, destroy 10 Corvallen ships and take down the Independent leader. The game lists a recommended level of 1; it starts at warp 1 and needs warp 45 to finish. The reward is 8,140,000 Tritanium, 600 Klingon Credits and 100,000 Klingon Points, and it unlocks A Good Day to Die.
One Reaction objectives
There are three objectives and no choice split, all in one system:
- Confirm the destruction of the 5th Fleet in the Ophiuchi system. Location: Ophiuchi.
- Eliminate 10 Corvallen ships in Ophiuchi. Location: Ophiuchi.
- Destroy the Independent leader’s ship. Location: Ophiuchi (enemy strength ~3,598,569).
You arrive to find the 5th Fleet gone, then work through 10 Corvallen ships in the same system before the Independent leader’s ship, the one named fight. There is no return step, so the mission ends in Ophiuchi.
Where and what warp
Warp 1 to start and warp 45 to complete, with no pickup system. Ophiuchi is the only system in the mission.
The Independent leader at about 3.6 million strength and the warp 45 trip are the real requirements, so do not read the listed level as a sign that any ship can finish it.

One Reaction and the rest of its chain
One Reaction is the middle of three Klingon missions, and each pays the same 600 Klingon Credits and 100,000 Klingon Points:

One Reaction has the highest warp in the chain and the only large resource payout. It is also the one mission of the three with no Damaged Datapad.
Tips
Save your health for the Independent leader. The 10 Corvallen ships come first, in the same system, and a ship that arrives at the final fight already damaged will struggle with a 3.6 million strength target.
