Moment of Impact is a Romulan storyline mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which you help the Corvallens fight the Klingons, following a Legionary into Khitomer. The game lists a recommended level of 1; it starts at warp 1 and needs warp 17 to finish. There are two named Klingon ships to destroy plus 8 hostiles, and the reward is 250 3★ Common Refined Crystal, 110 3★ Interceptor Parts, 60 Romulan Credits and 600 Romulan Points. It unlocks Obstruction.
Moment of Impact objectives
There are six objectives and no choice split:
- Meet with the assault fleet in Azha. Location: Azha.
- Follow the Legionary into Khitomer. Location: Khitomer.
- Defeat 8 Hostiles of Level 22 or higher.
- Destroy the Klingon Bortas. Location: Khitomer (enemy strength ~39,484).
- Destroy the Klingon D4. Location: Khitomer (enemy strength ~40,602).
- Retreat to Draken. Location: Draken.
You join the Corvallen assault fleet in Azha and follow the Legionary into Khitomer. After 8 hostile kills, the Bortas and the D4 are the two named targets, and once both are down you fall back to Draken.
Where and what warp
Warp 1 to start and warp 17 to complete, with no pickup system. Azha, Khitomer and Draken are the three systems.
The level 22 floor on the hostiles and the two Klingon ships, each around 40,000 strength, are the checks that matter.

Tips
Fight the two Klingon ships back to back only if your hull is healthy. The Bortas and the D4 are close in strength and both sit in Khitomer, and the 8 hostile kills before them can wear you down.
The hostiles have no system tied to them, so clearing them in Khitomer keeps you in position for the named fights.
If you fly an Interceptor, the 110 3★ Interceptor Parts are the reward to care about. The 250 3★ Common Refined Crystal is useful for everyone.
