Lu Shiar is a level 76 Romulan mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which you uncover the true past of Kotoma. It is picked up in Ta’Luna and needs warp 4,000 to start and to complete, with the investigation in Caerulum and Belak and the finish at the Order’s base in Kúshlah. It costs 76K Σ-Dilithium to get past the security and has one fight, a Zhat Vash guard of about 54 trillion strength. The reward is 1,560,000 Σ-Parsteel, 3,628,000 Latinum and 2,200 Σ-Romulan Credits. It is a strong Latinum payout for a short mission.
Lu Shiar objectives
There are five objectives and no choice split:
- Uncover the true past of Kotoma. Location: Caerulum.
- Bypass the security with 76K Σ-Dilithium.
- Stop the Zhat Vash guard. Location: Caerulum (enemy strength about 54.4 trillion).
- Find Kotoma’s mother. Location: Belak.
- Return to the Order’s base. Location: Kúshlah.
The search for Kotoma’s past begins in Caerulum. After you pay to bypass the security, a Zhat Vash guard still has to be stopped, and then the trail leads to Kotoma’s mother in Belak. The mission ends at the Order’s base.
Where and what warp
The pickup system is Ta’Luna. Warp to start and warp to complete are both 4,000, and the recommended level is 76.
Caerulum, Belak and Kúshlah are the three stops after the pickup. The fight and the payment both happen in Caerulum.

Tips
Have 76K Σ-Dilithium ready when you arrive in Caerulum. It is the second objective, so the mission stalls straight away without it.
The Zhat Vash guard is one of the weaker fights at level 76. The Zhat Vash come back far stronger at level 80, where Showdown pits you against them at about 550 trillion strength.
