Lost Pieces is a Star Trek Fleet Command storyline mission in which you investigate the lost Crucibles, searching Tolain and Corvidae before a fight with a Romulan scout and a station bombardment. The game lists a recommended level of 1; it starts at warp 1 and needs warp 75 to finish. The reward is 80 4★ Uncommon Battleship Parts and 156,000 Officer XP, and completing it unlocks Rampage. The Romulan scout, at about 3.5 million strength, is the one real obstacle.
Lost Pieces objectives
There are five objectives and no choice split:
- Search for the missing Crucibles. Location: Tolain.
- Keep searching for the Crucibles. Location: Corvidae.
- Defeat the Romulan scout. Location: Corvidae (enemy strength ~3,491,974).
- Bombard the station. Location: Corvidae.
- Return to your Station.
The search starts in Tolain and moves on to Corvidae, where a Romulan scout stands guard. After beating it you bombard the station in the same system and head home. The bombardment is an action step, not a fight, and no enemy strength is listed for it.
Where and what warp
Warp 1 to start and warp 75 to complete, with no pickup system. Tolain and Corvidae are the two systems. Warp 75 matches Emptiness, A Cautious Approach and Last Stand, so a ship that handled the earlier Crucible missions can make this trip.
The Romulan scout at about 3.5 million strength and the warp 75 route are the real requirements.

The Crucible hunt runs through Romulan and Federation space before Lost Pieces, and after it the story turns to stopping the Romulans. Lost Pieces is the only mission in this run that pays Officer XP.
Tips
Arrive in Corvidae at full health. Tolain is a travel step, so the Romulan scout is the only fight, and the bombardment and return that follow do not involve combat.
The 156,000 Officer XP is the most broadly useful reward. The 80 4★ Uncommon Battleship Parts matter only if you fly a Battleship that needs them.
Rampage, next, drops the warp to 70 and pays Dilithium, before Last Stand returns to warp 75.
