Lost Worlds of Time and Space is a story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command that asks you to improve your Station so Maia has more power to uncover an ancient mystery. In practice it has a single objective: upgrade Operations to level 28. It needs warp 1 to start and finish, and the game lists a recommended level of 1, so the upgrade is the whole task. The reward is 2,000,000 Parsteel, and finishing it unlocks Naval Superiority.

The 2,000,000 Parsteel reward covers roughly a seventh of the Parsteel listed for this level. Operations 28 is also the objective of the separate station mission Upgrade Operations to Level 28, which pays 1,500,000 Tritanium and three 15 Minute Repair Speed Ups.

Tips
Check both building requirements early. Shipyard 27 is part of the normal upgrade rhythm, but Engine Technology Lab 27 is easy to leave behind.
