Legacy’s End is a level 70 story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you send Captain Janeway and Benjamin Sisko back to their own timelines after the fight with the Cult. It has a single objective in Wigg, starts at warp 1 and needs warp 1,550 to complete. There is no fight, no donation and no choice split. The reward is 64,000 Raw Σ-Tritanium and a handful of Σ speed ups, and finishing it unlocks the next mission in the chain.
Legacy’s End objectives
The mission picks up straight after The Voyages, in which Voyager and the Defiant helped the Enterprise fight the Cult and Maia overloaded her temporal matrix to trap the Nameless in a frozen moment of time. With that done, the visiting crews need to go home. There is one step:
- Send the others home, in Wigg.
The conversation is short and friendly. Janeway calls it quite an adventure, and Sisko says it is one he could have retired happily without. Janeway teases him that everyone has read his biography and knows he loves a good scuffle, and both agree it is time to leave before Temporal Investigations comes calling.
Once the objective is done, Sisko tells you that you stood against a superior foe for no other reason than to stand against it, and Janeway says you have a Starfleet spirit. She adds that her crew is not keen on repeating the Delta Quadrant trip. The last exchange is Sisko inviting her to visit if she is ever near Bajor.
Where and what warp
No pickup system is listed, so the mission starts at warp 1. The only location is Wigg, where the fight against the Speaker took place in the previous mission, and completing it needs warp 1,550. The recommended level is 70. That is 250 more than The Voyages needed, so check your ship’s range before you set off.
Legacy’s End rewards
| Reward | Amount |
|---|---|
| Raw Σ-Tritanium | 64,000 |
| 3 Minute Σ-Speed Up | 7 |
| 3 Day Σ-Speed Up | 1 |
| 5 Minute Σ-Speed Up | 1 |
Completing Legacy’s End also unlocks the next mission in the chain.
Before and after Legacy’s End
Legacy’s End sits between two larger missions. The one before it carries the combat, and the one after it follows up on what happened to Maia:
| Mission | Recommended level | Warp to complete | Rewards |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Voyages | 69 | 1,300 | 2,045,000 Raw Σ-Parsteel, 5 10 Minute Σ-Speed Up |
| Legacy’s End | 70 | 1,550 | 64,000 Raw Σ-Tritanium, 7 3 Minute Σ-Speed Up, 1 3 Day Σ-Speed Up, 1 5 Minute Σ-Speed Up |
| Full of Stars | 1 | 1,700 | 1 Mukull Time-piece, 230,000 Raw Σ-Tritanium, 600 Trait XP |
Warp to complete rises at each step, from 1,300 to 1,550 and then 1,700, while Full of Stars lists a recommended level of 1. Its objectives, following a signal to Memorium to retrieve Maia, make warp the real requirement there.
Tips
This is the quickest mission in the sequence. Fly to Wigg, clear the objective and collect. Any ship with warp 1,550 can do it, so there is no reason to pull a combat ship off other work.
The single 3 Day Σ-Speed Up covers far more build time than the other eight speed ups combined, which add up to 26 minutes. Hold it for a long upgrade rather than spending it on something that would finish soon anyway. For what the Raw Σ-Tritanium is good for, see Σ resources and Tritanium for how it is used.
Look ahead to Full of Stars before you finish: at warp 1,700 it asks for a little more range than this one. Both captains are also officers in the game, with their own pages for Kathryn Janeway and Benjamin Sisko. The mission guide lists the rest of the story missions by level.
