Kal’Hyah is a Federation faction mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you bombard a Kal’Hyah ceremony and eliminate several senior Klingon officials. You meet Captain Beckett in Petandria, escort the USS Mason into Klingon space, clear 10 hostiles of level 46 or higher, defeat Captain K’Tragh at roughly 5.87 million strength, and escape to Avofall. The game lists a recommended level of 1, but the mission needs warp 160 to finish. The reward is 175,500,000 Parsteel, 800 4★ Common Battleship Parts and 538,000 Federation Points.
Kal’Hyah objectives
There are five objectives and no choice split:
- Rendezvous with Captain Beckett on the borders of Klingon Space. Location: Petandria.
- Accompany the USS Mason to Outuc. Location: Wuk’Vek.
- Defeat 10 hostiles of Level 46 or higher.
- Defeat Captain K’Tragh. Location: Wuk’Vek. Enemy strength is roughly 5,867,534.
- Escape with the USS Mason to Avofall. Location: Avofall.
The rendezvous is in Petandria, on the edge of Klingon space. You then escort the USS Mason to Outuc in the Wuk’Vek system, which is Klingon territory. The kill count has no system attached, so any level 46 or higher hostile counts. Captain K’Tragh is the named fight in Wuk’Vek, and after it you escape with the Mason to Avofall.
Where and what warp
There is no pickup system, and the mission becomes available at warp 1. Completing it needs warp 160. The route runs Petandria, Wuk’Vek, Avofall.
The recommended level shows as 1. The real bar is warp 160, ten level 46 or higher kills, and a fight at almost 5.87 million strength.

The mission raises your Federation standing by 538,000 and lowers your Klingon standing by 890,928. Completing it also unlocks the next mission in the chain.
Kal’Hyah in the chain
Kal’Hyah follows Pan Daemon Aeon, which needs warp 150 and has a choice split. The next step is A Word of Discouragement, which drops back to warp 120 and also has a choice split. Kal’Hyah is the furthest jump of the three.
Tips
Clear the kill count before you face K’Tragh. It comes first in the objective list, and any level 46 or higher hostile works, so farm wherever your ship is most efficient.
Go into the K’Tragh fight fully repaired. At about 5.87 million strength, it is the fight that decides the mission, and you still have to escape to Avofall afterwards.
Weigh the Klingon standing loss. Almost 900,000 Klingon Points is a large drop. If you are near a Klingon reputation tier, run this mission with that in mind.
Put the Parsteel into your next big upgrade. At 175.5 million it is a very large single payout. Every mission by level is on the mission guide.
