Especially is a level 63 Romulan mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which Garak, claiming to have called you by accident, sells you the fleet manifest of the Klingon General Kaxom. It is picked up in Qudorin, needs warp 1,100 to start and to complete, and takes you to Omega Rura and then Romashki. There is no fight; the cost is 500k Dilithium. The reward is 4 1 Day Assignment Speed Ups, 352,000 Raw Σ-Parsteel and a large Romulan reputation gain.
Especially objectives
There are three objectives in a fixed order and no choice split:
- Meet with Garak. Location: Omega Rura.
- Give Garak 500k Dilithium.
- Bring Garak to the outpost in Romashki. Location: Romashki.
Garak apologises for a clumsy mistake with his communicator while hemming a Nausicaan’s trousers, and mentions, very pointedly, that there is nothing worth seeing in Omega Rura and he will only be there for twelve more hours. When you arrive, he remarks that your AI does not do subtle, and hands over a hard copy of the logistics manifest for Kaxom’s entire fleet, too dangerous to send over subspace. It costs 500,000 Dilithium.
He also needs a ride to Romashki on a ship other than the one he came on, to stay clear of the Yridian Information Network and the Klingons. Maia notes that you work for the Reman Initiative and asks whether he wants the Romulans to have this data. Garak calls the idea preposterous, sends his regards to Lord Vrellok, and suggests you read the expanded notes on file 7b.

The mission is picked up in Qudorin. Garak is in Omega Rura, and you drop him at Romashki. Warp to start and to complete is 1,100, and the recommended level is 63.

Especially pays the most Raw Σ-Parsteel of the fifteen, and along with Devastation it is one of only two with no combat.
Tips
Bring 500k Dilithium. With no fighting, any ship with warp 1,100 can do the mission.
