The best crew for the Xindi-Aquatic Enhanced Cruiser is built around hull, not shields or crits: its damage ignores your shields and it slashes your critical hit damage, so seat a hostile-damage captain with officers that add damage and hull mitigation, and use Jonathan Archer as captain when you are farming, since his Delphic Salvor adds 300% to resources from Xindi hostiles. It is a Xindi-Aquatic Battleship from level 40 to 62, so bring an Interceptor. It spawns in one or two Xindi-Aquatic systems per level, from Demetrium and Estellion (warp 70) to Yoton (warp 1000), and drops Tech Modules and Xindi Scraps.
Best crew for the Xindi-Aquatic Enhanced Cruiser
Read the abilities before you pick officers, because they rule out the usual shortcuts. Strength of the Ibix gives it 10 shots per weapon and makes all of its damage ignore your shields, so shield mitigation does little. Be Like Water cuts your critical hit damage at the start of the round for two rounds, so a crew that relies on big crits loses most of its value. Denticle Blade gives it a chance to fire heavy artillery on the fifth weapon of each round, and Xindi Might closes every round with nine shots from a super weapon that deals lethal damage.
That points to a crew with three jobs: a captain that raises weapon damage against hostiles, officers that push raw damage so the fight ends in as few rounds as possible, and officers that add hull mitigation or hull health rather than shield bonuses. When the goal is loot, Jonathan Archer in the captain’s chair multiplies both Tech Modules and Xindi Scraps. Exact picks shift with the meta and your roster, so check the Officer Tier List before you spend shards, and treat any named lineup as a starting point.
How to beat the Xindi-Aquatic Enhanced Cruiser
It appears only as a Battleship, so bring an Interceptor and stay in it. There is no hull to swap between levels. Beyond the hull matchup, the plan follows from the abilities above: lean on hull strength, do not count on shields or crits, and end the fight fast. Check its total strength before you commit: the level 40 version rates about 476 billion, against roughly 13 million for a level 40 Xindi-Reptilian Warship.
Xindi-Aquatic Enhanced Cruiser systems
Each level sits in its own system except level 40, which has two. Warp climbs from 70 at level 40 to 250 at level 55, then jumps to 525 at level 57 and reaches 1000 at level 62. The Xindi-Aquatic Cruiser, an Interceptor, spawns in exactly the same systems at the same levels, so bring an Explorer too if you want to farm both.

All Xindi systems by level
The Xindi-Aquatic and Xindi-Reptilian hostiles use the same fourteen levels but separate systems. This table lines them up so you can see which Xindi system to jump to for a given level. The Aquatic column holds the Enhanced Cruiser and Aquatic Cruiser; the Reptilian column holds the Xindi-Reptilian Warship and, at levels 41, 51 and 61, the Wanted Xindi-Reptilian Warship.

Rewards and what it drops
Every kill returns two resources, both scaling sharply with level: between 15,000 and about 11.4 million Tech Modules, and between 50 and 58,194 Xindi Scraps, depending on level. Ship XP scales the same way, from 1,502 at level 40 to 19,400 at level 62, so higher-level targets also level your Interceptor faster.
| Ablegen | Amount per kill | Ebenen | What it is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tech Module | 15,000–11,355,610 | 40–62 | Upgrade material for mid and late-game progression |
| Xindi Scraps | 50–58,194 | 40–62 | The Xindi resource used in Xindi research and gear |
Xindi-Aquatic Enhanced Cruiser stats
Stats climb steeply with level, but not evenly. Attack stays near 322 billion across the whole range, while hull HP grows about 90-fold from level 40 to level 62, so the high-level fights last longer rather than hitting harder.
| Ebene | Total strength | Hull HP | Shield HP | Angriff | Verteidigung | Ship XP |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 40 | 475,990,842,749 | 184,763,373,775 | 123,175,582,517 | 322,020,922,433 | 442,170 | 1,502 |
| 53 | 3,148,851,028,222 | 3,392,079,278,349 | 2,261,386,185,566 | 322,112,012,990 | 6,283,275 | 5,123 |
| 62 | 14,563,986,496,035 | 17,084,530,245,239 | 11,389,686,830,159 | 326,358,169,891 | 519,788,445 | 19,400 |
Xindi-Aquatic Enhanced Cruiser firing pattern
Its four Kinetic weapons fire every round and carry the widest damage range, so that group is what you time repairs and mitigation against. The single Energy weapon also fires every round at a fixed value. The heavy Kinetic gun only comes around once every 100 rounds and almost never matters in a normal fight. Figures come from the lowest-level record.
| Weapon type | Count | Damage per shot | Fires | Crit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Energie | 1 | 10,000,000,000 | Every round | 10% (1.5x) |
| Kinetic | 4 | 496,003–20,000,000,000 | Every round | 1% (1.5x) |
| Kinetic | 1 | 2,480,016–2,695,670 | Every 100 rounds | 100% (7.5x) |
The Xindi-Aquatic in Star Trek
The Xindi-Aquatic are one of the five surviving Xindi species from Star Trek: Enterprise, alongside the Primates, Arboreals, Reptilians and Insectoids. Large, whale-like beings who live in flooded vessels, they were the slowest members of the Xindi Council to reach a decision and the most cautious about the plan to destroy Earth. In the end the Aquatics sided with Captain Archer, using their enormous ships to help stop the weapon aimed at humanity. Their vessels were among the largest the Xindi built.
Is the Xindi-Aquatic Enhanced Cruiser worth grinding?
It is a strong target if you need Tech Modules or Xindi Scraps, and the ship XP helps level an Interceptor at the same time. Pick a level your ship clears cleanly, match its warp, and stay in an Interceptor. Because its damage ignores shields and cuts your crits, lean on hull and fast damage, and put Archer in the captain’s chair when you are farming. The hostile guide covers other factions in this range.
