The U.S.S. Enterprise is a grade 3 Epic Explorer for the Federation, the Constitution-class flagship built for long fights where staying power counts more than a fast kill. Its ship ability heals its own shields every time it takes a hit, as long as it holds Morale, and it can unlock Tarnung on top of that. It unlocks at Shipyard level 34. For a grade 3, it stays useful well past the tier band where most ships get scrapped.
How to get the U.S.S. Enterprise
You assemble the Enterprise at the shipyard once you have collected its blueprints. The full requirement, straight from the current game Daten:
- Blueprints required: 150
- Build requirement: Shipyard level 34
- Build cost: 6,000,000 Tritanium, 1,375 3★ Common Refined Ore, 300,000 Dilithium, 8,250 3★ Common Refined Gas
- Build time: 34d 12h
The blueprints are gathered separately and have been available for Credits, so the currency you spend on the blueprints is not the same as the resources for the build itself. Set the shipyard job running early, because the build clock is long.
U.S.S. Enterprise ability
The ship ability is called Giving what she’s got. As long as the ship has Morale, the Enterprise heals its Shield Health by a percentage of the damage every time it gets hit. Ship abilities are always active, so this runs on its own the whole fight. The heal starts at 5% at ship level 1 and climbs to 25% at level 45.
The catch is the Morale condition. The heal does nothing until the ship has Morale, so the crew has to supply it. Pair the Enterprise with Offiziere that grant Morale and the shield heal turns a long fight into a war of attrition the Enterprise tends to win.
U.S.S. Enterprise active ability
The Enterprise also carries player-triggered abilities that you switch on yourself, separate from the always-on shield heal. Ship Cloaking hides the ship; the cloak ends when its duration runs out, when you enter combat, when you start mining, or when you dock at a station. Direct Hit increases all of the ship’s Penetration stats against players by 300% for its window, which sharpens it as a player-versus-player striker. Both are unlocked through refits rather than being on the ship by default, and each runs on a cooldown that tightens as the ship tiers up.
Stats and tiers
These are base values from the current game data; research, buffs and officers raise them in play.
| Ebene | Warp (speed / range) | Impulse | Cargo (protected) | Shield HP | Hull HP | Health (displayed) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 4 / 40 | 100 | 16,000 (300) | 116,513 | 74,604 | 95,558.5 |
| 5 | 4.4 / 56 | 100 | 33,630 (380) | 165,209 | 74,604 | 119,906.5 |
| 9 | 4.8 / 75 | 100 | 84,000 (600) | 230,000 | 74,604 | 152,302 |
The shield pool is where the Enterprise puts its growth. Shield HP nearly doubles from tier 1 to tier 9 while hull stays flat, which is exactly what you want on a ship that heals shields rather than hull.
Weapons and firing pattern
Warm-up is the round a weapon first fires; cool-down is the number of rounds between shots after that. Values shown are at max tier 9.
| Waffe | Typ | Shots | Warm-up | Cool-down | Damage | Crit chance | Crit damage |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Energie | 1 | 1 | 1 | 21,523–25,829 | 10% | 150% |
| 2 | Energie | 1 | 1 | 1 | 21,523–25,829 | 10% | 150% |
| 3 | Energie | 2 | 2 | 2 | 27,934–33,521 | 10% | 150% |
All three weapons are energy, which lines up with the Enterprise being an Explorer and points its damage at ships that are weak to energy.
Crew slots and officer bonus
The Enterprise opens officer slots as it levels, reaching a full seven-officer bridge at ship level 45.
| Ship level | Officer slots |
|---|---|
| 5 | 1 |
| 10 | 2 |
| 20 | 3 |
| 30 | 4 |
| 35 | 5 |
| 40 | 6 |
| 45 | 7 |
The ship also raises your officers’ stats as it progresses. Its bonus to attack, defense and health is identical, so a single ladder covers all three: the more the ship is built up, the higher the step.
| Amount | Bonus |
|---|---|
| 300 | 30% |
| 600 | 60% |
| 975 | 90% |
| 1,350 | 120% |
| 1,800 | 150% |
| 2,400 | 180% |
| 3,300 | 210% |
| 4,500 | 240% |
| 6,000 | 270% |
| 9,000 | 300% |
U.S.S. Enterprise refits
Refits are shard-unlocked upgrades that add abilities or open new options for the ship. The Enterprise has several, and two of them switch on the active abilities covered above.
| Nachrüstung | What it does |
|---|---|
| Enterprise Refit | Ship refit for the U.S.S. Enterprise. Costs 120 shards to unlock. |
| U.S.S. Enterprise Cloaking | Enables cloaking for the ship. Costs 120 shards to unlock. |
| Enterprise Direct Hit | Unlocks the Direct Hit ability. Requires a level 34 Armory and 120 shards. |
| Hijacked U.S.S. Enterprise | Unlocks the Hijacked refit skin for the ship. Costs 60 shards to unlock. |
| Ascend Key | Unlocks the potential to upgrade your Station to level 40. |
Crew for the U.S.S. Enterprise
The whole ship is built around Morale, so the first job of the crew is to create it and keep it up. Once Morale is on the ship, the shield heal fires every round the Enterprise is hit, and any officer that also keys off Morale stacks on top of that.
A dependable classic that makes this ship work is its namesake bridge. Put James T. Kirk in the captain’s chair: his officer ability has a chance to inspire Morale to the ship each round, which is the trigger the whole design waits on, and his captain maneuver raises all officer stats while the ship has Morale. Crew him with Spock, whose ability restores a share of the ship’s officer defense to the shield while the ship has Morale, and Leonard McCoy, who boosts the officer abilities during combat and hardens the bridge when hit. That trio turns on the Morale engine and then piles shield recovery on top of it.
For current top picks, check the Officer Tier List, and treat any named crew as a starting point, because the best bridge shifts with the meta.

The U.S.S. Enterprise in Star Trek
The Enterprise is the most famous ship in all of Star Trek. The Constitution-class starship carried Captain Kirk, Spock and the rest of the original crew across the galaxy in the 23rd century, from first contacts to standoffs with the Klingonen and Romulans. It stood for Starfleet’s mission of exploration backed by the muscle to defend it. In Star Trek Fleet Command the ship keeps that identity as a Federation Explorer that survives punishment and pushes forward, which fits a vessel whose whole reputation was built on coming home from fights it should not have won.

Is the U.S.S. Enterprise worth it?
For its grade band the Enterprise is a strong survivability pick, especially for a Federation player who wants a ship that can outlast an opponent instead of racing to burst them down. The Morale-fed shield heal, the deep shield pool and the cloak give it staying power and options that most grade 3 ships lack. It is scrappable from Betrieb level 50, but the ability and the cloak give players a reason to hold onto it and keep it crewed long after that.
