Swinging for the Fences is a three-part mission chain that begins with an invitation to a Forsaken leaders’ party in Alvolea and turns into a chase after Nardo, a drunk Pakled who wants to invite Earth to join the Forsaken. You fetch drinks, rescue Nardo from a would-be ship thief, break up his meeting with a Föderation ship and settle one last threat from an Orion. All three parts are recommended for level 70 and reach warp 1,550. Rewards include 11,700 Federation Credits, 500 Federation Recruit Token, 500 1 Day Speed Up, 43,800,000,000 Federation Points and 3 Gravimetric Daten. It is a light, story-driven chain for Federation-aligned players.

Part 1 needs warp 1,550 to start and is picked up in Alvolea. Parts 2 and 3 start at warp 1, and each part unlocks the next.
Swinging for the Fences Part 1
Attend the party with the Forsaken leaders. The hosts are running low on drinks, so your first job is a supply run. By the time you return, Nardo has flown off to Uyama to meet a United Earth representative, and someone else is trying to take his ship.
- Join the party in Alvolea.
- Stock up in Sendisez.

- Return to the party in Alvolea.
- Find Nardo in Uyama.

Stop Nardo. A Federation ship of Earth origin has been spotted in Oraalen, and you get there as Nardo starts his pitch. Scavenger ships follow him in, so the meeting ends in a fight.

- Stop the second ship in Oraalen (enemy strength ~3,392,818,769,605).
- Bring Nardo home to Alvolea.

Tips for completing Swinging for the Fences
The drinks in Part 1 cost 3k Σ-Tritanium from the trader in Sendisez, so have a little on hand before you leave the party. In Part 3, paying the Orion costs 20K Σ-Parsteel while attacking costs one fight at about 3.4 trillion strength. Both pay the same, so choose whichever is cheaper for you.
The toughest moment is Part 2 in Oraalen, where the first scavenger comes in at roughly 4.3 trillion strength and a second ship follows at 3.4 trillion. That is the only back-to-back fight in the chain, so arrive at full health.
