Lost Horizons is a level 21 main storyline mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which you retrieve 4 Cargo Containers by completing missions in Vulcan, Khitomer or Draken. It lists warp 1 to start and to finish, and it has a single objective that is really a set of other Missionen. The reward is 75,000 Parsteel, 75 3★ Interceptor Parts and 100 3★ Gemeinsame Refined Ore, and completing it unlocks Choosing Sides. It is the step that leads into picking your faction.
Lost Horizons objectives

Each qualifying mission yields one of the 4 Cargo Containers the story asks for. Any mix of missions in the three systems counts, so you can pick whichever ones suit your ship. The four do not have to come from one system: two in Vulcan and two in Draken clear it just as well as four in Khitomer.

Lost Horizons lists warp 1 to start and warp 1 to complete, with no pickup system. That figure covers the mission itself; the four missions you run to clear it take place in Vulkan, Khitomer or Draken, so plan for the travel those missions need.
The recommended level is 21, which matches the missions around it.

The Narada’s Legacy and Lost Horizons together pay 125 3★ Interceptor Parts. Choosing Sides, next, asks you to pick the Föderation, the Romulans or the Klingons.
Tips
Use the objective to scout. Running missions in Vulcan, Khitomer and Draken shows you those areas before Choosing Sides asks you to commit to a faction.
Pick short missions. Any four count, so there is no reason to take long chains in those systems just for the containers.
